The TCL Tri-thermal ATW Heat Pump is an integrated system designed to provide comprehensive solutions for space heating, cooling, and domestic hot water (DHW). It offers a complete, all-year-round solution that can replace traditional gas or oil boilers or work in conjunction with them, catering to a creative and comfortable lifestyle.

Features an ultra-thin body for aesthetic integration, offering comfort with multi-angle and all-directional wind supply.
Diversified Heating
Supports heating via floor heating, radiators, and fan coil units, ensuring safe and comfortable indoor environments.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
Provides hot water on demand, with quick heating capabilities. The maximum leaving water temperature can reach 65°C.
Solar Kit Integration
Can operate independently or in conjunction with a heat pump for DHW, leveraging solar energy.
Auxiliary Heat Source
Designed to link with traditional gas boilers, industrial hot water systems, or electric auxiliary heating for enhanced performance or backup.

Well-Known Brand DC Inverter Compressor (GMCC)
- High reliability electrical design with high-current and high-temperature resistance.
- Large pressure ratio design, featuring low suction pressure and high exhaust pressure, enabling heating even at low ambient temperatures.
- Low oil output design with an optimized internal tank minimizes lubricating oil return issues.
DC Inverter Motor
- Offers high efficiency, with the highest SCOP reaching 5.07.
- Features low noise and vibration design, utilizing vibration optimization of twin rotors and noise optimization of double-layer mufflers.
- High reliability volume design with large oil storage space, suitable for partial load conditions.
High-Efficient L-type Heat Exchanger
- Employs advanced 3-D dynamic analysis and cross-flow path design, increasing air volume by 8% for more efficient heat exchange.
- Internal thread heat transfer pipe with hydrophilic anti-corrosive fins enhances heat transfer efficiency by 6%.
- Corrugated fin design utilizes inner thread tubes, boosting heat exchange efficiency by 10%.
Stepless Inverter Fan Motor
- Achieves stepless speed regulation, reducing power consumption by up to 20% compared to AC motors.

- Provides stepless regulation of air volume for precise control and quiet operation, with Insulation Grade E.
Plate Heat Exchanger
- Designed to withstand high temperatures and high pressures.
- Compact design with smaller volume and reduced pressure drop.
- Offers high anti-corrosion performance and high thermal efficiency with lower fouling factor.

- Compared to tubular heat exchangers, it offers 3-5 times higher heat transfer coefficient under the same pressure loss, occupying only 1/3 of the area.
Safe and Comfort Features
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for users:
Anti-bacteria Mode
Designed for user safety and health, this mode heats the water to approximately 70°C. At 70°C, 90% of Legionella bacteria are eliminated in two minutes, and 90% in two hours at 60°C. The ideal temperature for Legionella breeding is between 20°C and 45°C, while they survive but are not active above 50°C.
Low Level of Noise
Multiple silent modes are available, including Silent Mode, Night Silent Mode, and Super Silent Mode. Optimized right and back side plates, based on 3-D simulation, significantly reduce vibration and running noise.
3-Zone Control
Allows connection of up to 3 zones simultaneously, enabling independent temperature control in each zone (Zone A, Zone B, Zone C).
Intelligent Control
Offers flexible and convenient control options:
- Wired Controller: Features a liquid crystal display with two-way communication and backlight for night use. Allows access to WiFi for internet control, multiple language support, parameter setting, fault querying, and accurate daily/weekly scheduling to prevent forgetting operations.
- APP Controller: Enables remote monitoring via smartphone app. Supports mode adjustment, cascade control, power consumption records, sanitary hot water priority mode, and displays unit status and fault information (e.g., temperature, pump flow rate, timer settings).
- OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates: Allows for easy software updates.
- PC/Modbus Connectivity: Facilitates system connection definition and integration with building management systems.
