Safety Instructions
- This product is water-resistant to IP67. However, do not wet or submerge the product in water.
- Use only with the original power adapter.
- Keep the product away from sharp objects or corrosive materials.
- Although the product has high flexibility, when bending, do not place the fixing too close or bend at a sharp angle, to avoid damaging the light strip and affecting its lifespan.
- Do not install the product near heat sources.
- Do not allow children to install the product alone.
- Avoid installing the product near dangerous sources (e.g., candles, flammable liquids).
- Unroll the light strip before operation.
- If using only adhesive for mounting, it is recommended to wait a period of time before installing the neon light on the fixing rails, for stronger adhesion.
- It is recommended not to stick this product to the back of TV screens and displays.
- Maintenance and repair of double-insulated electrical appliances must be performed solely by a qualified electrician or a certified service technician.
- The device is not a toy. Supervise young children and pets.
- Use the device strictly according to the instructions.
- Use only recommended accessories.
- The product is not waterproof. Do not spray or pour liquids on it. Dry immediately if liquid spills.
- Do not use with damaged power cord/plug.
- Do not pull or carry by the power cord. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Turn off before unplugging. Unplug by grasping the plug, not the cord.
- Operate only with the provided/approved charger. Using another charger may pose a fire hazard.
- Do not expose to fire or extreme temperatures.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Do not touch the power plug or operate with wet hands.
- Do not use in explosive or volatile areas.
- Turn off and unplug before maintenance.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify.
- Do not use a wet cloth or liquid to clean.
- Do not dispose of in regular trash. Contact local sanitation for disposal.
- Prevent water or moisture ingress for the charger. Avoid splashing liquids on the charger. Keep away from extreme temperatures and ignition sources. Prevent objects from falling on the charger. Connect only to a matching power outlet. Ensure cord is not a tripping hazard. Never replace fuse or plug with non-original parts. Use extension cords with proper grounding. Charger is for indoor use only.
- Ensure easy access to unplug in emergencies. If power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, service agent, or qualified person.
- Not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, unless supervised or instructed.

Installation
- Ensure the product is disconnected from power. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly, ensuring it is clean and dry.
- Attach the light strip holder to its intended location. Apply slight pressure if needed. After attaching the holder, carefully attach the neon light strip to the holder.
- Attach the control unit to its desired location. For optimal experience, position it near the music source or listening area.
- Power on the light unit and begin using it.
Connecting to the Govee App
Notes Before Pairing:
- The product supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (802.11 b/g/n frequencies). 5GHz is not supported.
- The Govee app requires a smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 (and above) or Android 4.3 (and above).
Pairing Instructions:
- Download the Govee app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Enable Bluetooth on your device.
- Open the app and tap the '+' icon in the upper corner. Search for the device.
- Select the device and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Voice Control:
- Open the app and select the product icon.
- Tap the settings icon at the top.
- Select the "Using Guidance" menu and follow the on-screen instructions for voice control.
Troubleshooting
1. Product Adhesive is Not Strong Enough:
- Ensure the installation surface is clean and dry.
- Apply gentle pressure to the adhesive strip to fix it in place.
- Reinforce the installation using additional brackets.
2. Cannot Connect to Bluetooth Device:
- Do not skip connection steps via the app.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Your device may not fully support the Govee app.
- Try connecting with another phone.
- Unplug the product from power for a few seconds, then plug it back in. Toggle Bluetooth off and on.
- Ensure your device is within 1 meter of the control unit.
- Remove obstacles between the product and your device to prevent interference.
3. Product Does Not Display Full Color Range, Some Lights Are Not Turning On:
- Contact customer service.
4. Cannot Sync Product to Music Rhythm:
- Position the control unit near the music source.
- Clean the microphone on the control unit.
5. Cannot Connect to Wireless Network:
- Do not skip connection steps via the app.
- The product supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (802.11 b/g/n). 5GHz is not supported.
- Connect the device to the wireless network and ensure it is functioning.
- Verify you have entered the correct Wi-Fi username and password.
- Change the Wi-Fi password (recommend 8 characters).
- Activate your phone's hotspot and connect the product to it. Check if the issue is with your router.
6. Cannot Connect to Google / Alexa:
- Unplug and reassemble the product.
- Reconnect your device to the wireless network.
- Unplug the product for a few seconds and plug it back in.
Warranty Information
Definitions:
- "Ronlight": The importer and marketer of the product in Israel, Ronlight Health Ltd., Company Reg. No. 513147751, Nadav Baskin St. 12, Rishon Lezion. Email: support@ronlight.co.il. Phone: 073-2446060. Fax: 03-9625902.
- "Product": The product imported into Israel by Ronlight and covered by this warranty.
- "Customer": Any person legally holding the product imported solely by Ronlight and this warranty.
- "Authorized Reseller": The entity authorized by Ronlight to market the product to the customer.
- "Authorized Service Station": A service station/laboratory for providing technical services for the product.
- "Point of Sale": The point of sale/business where the product was sold to the customer.
Service under this warranty is limited and subject to the following conditions:
- The warranty for the product, including its charger and battery, is for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- Accessories included with the product are provided as a gift with a 30-day warranty, except for the power adapter which has the full warranty period.
- This warranty is valid only for products imported into Israel by Ronlight and is limited to products within Israel.
- If a product is found defective during the warranty period, Ronlight will repair or replace it with new, original parts at its discretion. Repairs/replacements are at Ronlight's expense unless the defect is due to reasons not covered by warranty.
- Ronlight's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the product, or refunding the purchase price, at its sole discretion. This is subject to the warranty terms and applicable law.
- Customer's acceptance of the product confirms its external packaging and parts are free of defects.
- If the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty continues for the remaining period. The warranty period is not extended by repairs or replacements. Replaced items become Ronlight's property.
- The customer must present the original warranty sticker for any warranty claim. The customer is responsible for removing any accessories before submitting the product for repair. Ronlight is not liable for such accessories.
- Product inspection and repair will be completed within 10 days at a service station or 14 days at a point of sale (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Ronlight may charge for repair if the defect is due to: force majeure, customer negligence, unauthorized modification, use of non-original parts, exposure to unsuitable conditions, unauthorized repair, or failure to submit the product for repair during the warranty period.
- This warranty does not cover installations or modifications made by the customer.
- Total liability for damages will not exceed the original purchase price. Ronlight is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- No other warranty or undertaking exists from Ronlight, written or oral. All warranties are subject to this document and applicable law.
- Customers may purchase spare parts from Ronlight for one year after the warranty period ends.
- Authorized resellers or service stations are not authorized by Ronlight to provide warranties or obligations beyond this document.
- This warranty is valid in Israel only and is governed by Israeli law. For service, contact Ronlight (www.ronlight.co.il) or the point of sale. Refer to the user manual first.
