Function Descriptions

Additional Functions

Zero Degree Compartment (Optional)

Use this compartment to keep delicatessen at lower temperatures or meat products for immediate consumption. Do not place fruits and vegetables in this compartment. You can expand the product's internal volume by removing any of the zero degree compartments. To remove, pull forth, lift up, and pull out.

Vegetable Bin

The refrigerator's vegetable bin is designed to keep vegetables fresh by preserving humidity. Cold air circulation is intensified in this bin. Keep fruits and vegetables here. Keep green-leaved vegetables and fruits separately to prolong their life.

Blue Light (Optional)

The product's vegetable bins may include a blue light. This light helps vegetables continue photosynthesis, keeping them live and fresh.

Description and Cleaning of Odour Filter (Optional)

The odor filter prevents unpleasant odor build-up. To clean:

  1. Pull the cover downwards from the front section and remove it.
  2. Leave the filter under sunlight for one day to clean.
  3. Install the filter back to its place.

[Information] Odor filter must be cleaned once a year.

Telescopic Drawer

Be careful not to squeeze body parts between movable parts while the drawer is in use to avoid injury. The partition in the drawer can be removed for cleaning. Drawers can be removed for cleaning. Drawers cannot be reassembled with food inside after removal.

Ionizer (Optional)

The ionizer system in the cooler compartment's air duct ionizes the air. Negative ion emissions eliminate bacteria and odor-causing molecules.

Ice Maker

The ice machine is non-removable. An ice container must be at the bottom of the ice machine.

Ice Box

Read warnings on the ice container carefully. The ice container is used for ice collection from the ice machine. Do not put water in it to make ice, as it may break. The ice container is not used for storing foods.

[Warning] Do not change the location of the ice container.

Movable Middle Section

This section is intended to prevent cold air from escaping. Sealing is provided by gaskets on the door pressing against the movable middle section when cooler compartment doors are closed. It increases the net volume of the cooler compartment. Movable middle section closes when the left door of the cooler compartment is closed. It moves automatically under the guidance of a plastic part on the body.

Ice Container

Ice containers allow you to obtain ice easily.

Using the ice container:

  1. Remove the ice container from the freezer compartment.
  2. Fill the ice container with water.
  3. Place the ice container in the freezer compartment. Ice is ready in about two hours.
  4. Remove the ice container and bend it over the service plate. Ice cubes will fall down.

Humidity Controlled Crisper (FreSHelf) (Optional)

This feature controls humidity rates of vegetables and fruit to keep them fresh for longer. Place leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach) and humidity-sensitive vegetables horizontally in the crisper. Consider the specific gravity of vegetables when placing them; heavier items at the bottom, lighter ones on top. Do not leave vegetables in their bags, as this can cause decomposition. For hygiene, use perforated paper instead of bags if needed. Avoid mixing ethylene-producing fruits (pear, apricot, peach, apple) with other fruits and vegetables, as ethylene gas can accelerate ripening and spoilage.
