Important Installation Notes
Do Not Connect to a Dimmer
The LED Bulb dims using INSTEON commands. Do not connect it to a traditional dimmer switch. ❌
Leave Your Fixture On
If your switch or fixture is OFF, communication with the LED Bulb is lost. Ensure your fixture is wired to remain ON at all times. ✔️
Linking the Bulb
Manual Linking
Your LED Bulb does not have a set button. To link manually, unscrew the LED Bulb for a moment and reinsert it.
Linking to the Hub
Follow the on-screen instructions within your INSTEON Hub app to add the LED Bulb. ➕
Turn your fixture on and when prompted, screw in the LED Bulb. Linking is complete when you can control your LED Bulb from the App. ✔️
Device Control and Scheduling
Device Control
Dim, brighten, and create scenes for your LED Bulb using the INSTEON Hub and App. The app allows control over brightness (e.g., 50%).
Create a Schedule
To turn your LED Bulb on and off automatically with sunrise, sunset, or any arbitrary time, tap "Schedules" from the LED Bulb settings in the app. Options include 'Time of Day', 'Sunrise', and 'Sunset'.
