About This Manual
Please read and follow the instructions carefully for optimal use and longevity of your watch. Keep all user documentation for future reference.
Note: Explanations using "sounds the alarm" should be understood as "causes the watch to vibrate" when the Vibration Alarm is active.
General Guide
Press the $\odot$ button to change modes. Pressing $\odot$ after an operation returns to the Timekeeping Mode. If no button is pressed for a few minutes during settings (indicated by flashing digits), the watch automatically exits the setting screen and returns to the normal display.
The watch has the following modes:
- Timekeeping Mode
- Countdown Timer Mode
- Stopwatch Mode
- Alarm Mode
- Dual Time Mode
Pressing the $\text{L}$ button in any mode illuminates the display for approximately two seconds.
Timekeeping Mode
This mode displays the current time and date. It also shows the vibration alarm on indicator if the vibration alarm is active.
To set the time and date:
- Hold down the $\text{A}$ button in Timekeeping Mode until the seconds digits flash.
- Press $\text{C}$ to cycle through the settings: Seconds, Hour, Minutes, 12/24-Hour Format, Day, Month, Year.
- To reset seconds to 00, press $\text{D}$ while seconds are flashing. If the seconds are between 30-59, the minutes will increment.
- For other digits, press $\text{D}$ to increase or $\text{B}$ to decrease the value. For the 12/24-hour format, press $\text{D}$ or $\text{B}$ to toggle between 12 and 24.
- Holding down a button (except for seconds or 12/24-hour format) speeds up the change.
- The $\text{P}$ indicator shows PM; no indicator means AM. The $\text{24}$ indicator shows the 24-hour format.
- The year can be set from 2000 to 2099. The watch features a full auto-calendar that accounts for month lengths and leap years.
- The day of the week is displayed automatically based on the date settings.
- After setting the time and date, press $\text{A}$ to return to Timekeeping Mode.
Illumination
Press the $\text{L}$ button in any mode to illuminate the display for about two seconds. Illumination may be difficult to see in direct sunlight and turns off automatically if an alarm sounds. Frequent use of illumination can drain the battery.
Vibration Alarm
When the Vibration Alarm is on, the watch vibrates instead of sounding an alarm, allowing for silent alerts. This function can replace audible alarms in Countdown Timer, Stopwatch, and Alarm Modes.
To turn the vibration alarm on and off:
In Timekeeping Mode, hold down the $\text{D}$ button for about two seconds. The watch will vibrate when toggled on (indicated by a vibration alarm on indicator) and beep when toggled off (indicator not displayed). Turning on the Vibration Alarm also disables the button operation tone.
Countdown Timer Mode
The countdown can be set from 1 second to 24 hours. When the countdown reaches zero, an alarm sounds for 10 seconds or until any button is pressed. The countdown time is automatically reset after the alarm.
To set the countdown start time:
- Hold down the $\text{A}$ button in Countdown Timer Mode until the hour digits flash.
- Press $\text{C}$ to cycle through the settings: Hour, Minutes, Seconds.
- Press $\text{D}$ to increase or $\text{B}$ to decrease the selected number. Holding down a button speeds up the change.
- Pressing $\text{D}$ and $\text{B}$ simultaneously clears the starting time to 0:00'00". Setting the start time to 24 hours requires setting it to 0:00'00".
- After setting, press $\text{A}$ to return to Countdown Timer Mode.
To use the countdown timer:
- Press $\text{D}$ in Countdown Timer Mode to start the countdown.
- Press $\text{D}$ again to pause. Press $\text{D}$ to resume.
- Press $\text{B}$ to reset the countdown to its starting value. The alarm sounds at the end of the countdown and automatically resets after ending.
Stopwatch Mode
This mode measures elapsed time, split times, and two finishes. The range is 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds. It also features an Auto-Start function.
Elapsed time measurement:
Press $\text{D}$ to start, $\text{B}$ to stop, and $\text{B}$ again to reset.
Split time measurement:
Press $\text{D}$ to start, $\text{B}$ to record a split time, and $\text{B}$ again to reset.

About the Auto-Start function:
When active, pressing $\text{D}$ initiates a 5-second countdown, after which stopwatch operation begins automatically. A beeper sounds during the last three seconds.
To turn the Auto-Start function on and off:
While the display shows all zeros in Stopwatch Mode, press $\text{B}$ to toggle the function on or off. The "AUTO-ST" indicator and "05" appear when it's on.

- After setting, press $\text{A}$ to return to Alarm Mode.
To turn the daily alarm and hourly time signal on and off:
Press $\text{B}$ in Alarm Mode to cycle through the states: Both OFF, Daily Alarm Only, Hourly Time Signal Only, Both ON. Indicators for active functions are shown on the display.
