Installation Steps
Step 1: Install Closet Bolts
Install closet bolts in the flange channel, turn 90 degrees, and slide into place 6 inches apart and parallel to the wall.
Step 2: Install Wax Seal
Invert the toilet on the floor (use cushioning to prevent damage). Install the wax ring evenly around the waste flange (horn), with the tapered end of the ring facing the toilet. Apply a thin bead of sealant around the toilet base.
Step 3: Position Toilet on Flange
Unplug the floor waste opening and install the toilet on the closet flange so the bolts project through the mounting holes. Loosely install retainer washers and nuts. Position the toilet squarely to the wall and, with a rocking motion, press the bowl down fully on the wax ring and flange. Alternately tighten nuts until the toilet is firmly seated on the floor.
Step 4: Install the Side Cover
Adhere the side bolt covers to the toilet.
Three Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
NTQ products are made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. For defects in materials or craftsmanship under regular use within the first year of delivery, NTQ will provide replacement parts at no charge, or at its option, replace any defective product or part under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for claims. Scratches are not covered under warranty.
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Keep a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
NTQ may, at its option: (1) repair or replace defective parts/products at no charge; (2) issue a refund of the original purchase price (valid within 30 days from delivery); or (3) issue a credit towards a new NTQ product. Shipping/delivery charges may apply at NTQ's discretion.
NTQ recommends professional installation by a licensed plumber. NTQ is not responsible for damage or product failure due to improper installation, misuse, or failure to use a licensed professional. NTQ is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
This limited warranty does not apply to products subject to accident, negligence, improper installation, product abuse, misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents.
NTQ's responsibility is limited to replacement parts; other costs are not covered. NTQ is not responsible for labor charges, damage incurred during installation, repair, or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injury, or costs. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for use, except as provided by law.
Installer Responsibilities
The installer or building contractor is responsible for inspecting the unit prior to installation to ensure it is free of defect or damage. Notices advising of this responsibility are placed on and in the unit and on the shipping carton. If a problem is discovered, the unit must not be installed. NTQ is not responsible for failures or damage that could have been discovered, repaired, or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.
Transit Damage
Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. The user or installer must open the crate and inspect the unit for damage upon delivery. If damage is discovered, it must be reported immediately in writing to the seller and carrier, requesting an inspection. Report any carrier failure to respond to the seller and carrier. File freight claims promptly.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages from improper maintenance, product alteration, or failure to follow care or installation instructions. The warranty is void if the product is altered or repairs are attempted by unauthorized agents. This warranty does not extend to plumbing or components installed by parties other than NTQ.
NTQ is not liable for loss of use, inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages.

Except as expressly provided, there are no other warranties, express or implied, oral or statutory. No dealer or other person has authority to make warranties or representations concerning NTQ or its products. NTQ is not responsible for such warranties or representations.
