Any individual within LGAI Technological Center S.A. is authorized to act on Raycon Inc.'s behalf and take action on the application.

Raycon Inc. declares that LGAI Technological Center S.A. is permitted to forward all information pertinent to the approval project to the Federal Communication Commission and to discuss any issues arising from the approval application. All actions undertaken by LGAI Technological Center S.A. on Raycon Inc.'s behalf shall have the same effect as if performed by Raycon Inc. directly.
