Driver Side Step Bar

Installation Instructions
STEP 1: Driver Side Front Bracket Installation
Start installation from the driver side front of the vehicle. Locate the three mounting holes in the body support.
Partially attach a Driver Front Mounting Bracket (DFM) to the center mounting hole using:
- 1x M10X1.5-25mm Hex Bolt
- 2x M10 Flat Washers
- 1x M10 Lock Washer
- 1x M10 Hex Nut
Use the included hardware for the remaining inner and outer mounting holes:
- 2x M8X1.25-25mm Hex Bolts
- 2x M8 Lock Washers
- 4x M8 Large Flat Washers
- 2x M8 Hex Nuts
Note: Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.

STEP 2: Driver Side Rear Bracket Installation
Move to the driver side rear of the vehicle. Repeat Step 1 to install the Driver Rear Mounting Bracket (DRM).
Diagram Description (Fig 2): Shows the Driver Rear Mounting Bracket (DRM) installation, mirroring the process in Step 1.
STEP 3: Step Bar Installation
Once both driver side mounting brackets are installed, proceed to the Step Bar installation.
- Select one Slider and two M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts.
- Install the two M8X1.25-35mm Carriage Bolts into the Slider.
- Slide the Slider (with carriage bolts) onto the Step Bar.
- Repeat for the other slider on the step bar.
- Attach the Step Bar (with the Sliders) onto the installed mounting brackets. Position the Sliders to align with the brackets.
- Secure the Step Bar to the brackets using:
- 4x M8 Large Flat Washers
- 4x M8 Nylon Lock Nuts
- (The 2 Sliders are also part of securing the bar)
Note: The Sliders are packed with the Step Bars.
Note: Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Level and adjust the Step Bar, then fully tighten all hardware.
Repeat Steps 1-3 for the passenger side Step Bar installation. The installation is completed!

Perform periodic inspections to ensure all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your bars/boards, use only mild soap and non-abrasive products for cleaning.
