Samsung Electronics Baltics - Special Offer: Screen Replacement for Galaxy Fold7 and Galaxy Flip7

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the provision of this warranty.

Organizer

1. The organizer of this warranty is "Samsung Electronics Baltics" SIA, registration number: 40003963909, address: Duntes iela 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

Duration and Territory

1. This warranty is recognized and treated as a commercial warranty in accordance with Article 230 of the Estonian Law of Obligations. It is not insurance provided by the organizer.
2. This warranty is valid only for Samsung Galaxy Fold7 and Galaxy Flip7 devices distributed by the organizer (listed in Appendix 1) (hereinafter "device" or "devices") and purchased from the stores listed in Appendix 2 (hereinafter "stores"). The warranty covers devices purchased within the period from July 9, 2025, to July 31, 2026 (hereinafter the "purchase period").
3. If the device is purchased during the purchase period, the warranty comes into effect on the date of purchase and is valid for one year (hereinafter the "warranty period"), subject to the terms set forth in the "Warranty Conditions" section below.
4. The warranty is valid only for purchases made in authorized stores in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Participants

1. The warranty applies to both natural and legal persons (hereinafter "participants").
2. Participants under 18 years of age may use the warranty service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Warranty Conditions

1. This warranty does not affect the manufacturer's warranty. If the device's internal screen is damaged due to an accident and the manufacturer's warranty does not cover it, the participant is entitled to one internal screen replacement service at a reduced price (hereinafter "reduced service fee") during the warranty period, as specified in Appendix 3. Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches) is not considered damage. Only mechanical damage (e.g., pressure or impact damage) is considered damage.
2. The reduced service fee applies only to the device's internal screen, not to external parts or other smartphones.
3. Repairs must be carried out at authorized service centers operated by legal entities listed in Appendix 4 (hereinafter "partners").
4. Participants must present proof of purchase (e-receipt or cash register receipt) before repair. Payment is due after repair.
5. If the proof of purchase meets the conditions, the participant will pay the reduced service fee. Otherwise, the standard fee will apply.
6. No replacement device will be provided during repair.
7. The organizer does not guarantee specific repair times. Participants must contact the partner directly.
8. Participants are responsible for backing up their data. All data will be deleted during the repair process.
9. The warranty is valid only for devices distributed and named by the organizer. It does not cover devices sold or distributed by third parties.
10. For questions regarding devices, warranty, or reduced service fees, please contact the Samsung call center (see point 30) or the partners listed in Appendix 4.

Other Terms

1. Warranty benefits can be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
2. The warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
3. This warranty is valid only for retail customers, not for resellers.
4. Unless otherwise stated, the general terms and conditions of the store and the partner apply.
5. The warranty cannot be used if the participant violates the terms or uses it for fraudulent purposes.
6. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the terms at any time in accordance with legal requirements.
7. The organizer is not liable for delays or interruptions due to force majeure or sanctions.
8. The organizer is not liable for injuries or damages related to the warranty to the extent permitted by law.
9. If a partner refuses to provide service to an eligible participant, the participant must contact the partner directly to resolve the issue.
10. The warranty is governed by Latvian law. Disputes will be resolved in Latvian courts.
11. The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not deprive the participant of protection provided by provisions from which, in accordance with Regulation 593/2008 and Regulation 1215/2012, deviation by agreement is not permitted.
