The Jayco EcoAdvantage is a commitment to environmental protection through sustainable practices in RV manufacturing. This initiative focuses on creating better RVs while using fewer natural resources. Since 2014, Jayco has achieved significant environmental impacts through recycling, conservation, and resource saving.
Key Achievements (as of 2014):
- Recycled: 7,192 tons of wood, 2,354 tons of scrap metal, and 1,428 tons of cardboard and paper.
- Conserved: 9,997,400 gallons of fresh water, 34,277 gallons of gas, and enough electricity to power 1,745 homes for one year.
- Saved: 60,900 mature trees and enough landfill airspace to meet the annual disposal needs of a community of 44,683 people.

Dealer Responsibilities:
Upon sale, dealers are expected to deliver the RV in excellent condition, provide an orientation, explain warranty information, and ensure the customer receives the Warranty Packet. The Limited Warranty is activated upon Jayco's receipt of the signed "Warranty Registration and Customer Delivery Form" from the dealer.
Customer Relations:
Dealers are empowered to make warranty and repair decisions. For specific circumstances requiring direct contact with Jayco, customers should have their dealer's service management make the contact on their behalf, providing necessary details such as VIN, mileage, and contact information.
