Safety Instructions and Warnings
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be observed.
Read and Follow All Safety Instructions
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Linear High Bay or Low Bay luminaire installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
- Be certain electrical power is OFF before and during installation and maintenance.
- Linear High Bay or Low Bay luminaire must be connected to a wiring system with an equipment – grounding conductor.
- Make sure the supply voltage is the same as the rated luminaire voltage.
- Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of this fixture installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or sharp objects.
- No user serviceable parts inside of Linear High Bay or Low Bay Luminaire.
Installation Instructions
Before starting installation, turn off power at circuit breaker.
Setting the Color Temperature
- Before installing the fixture, find the CCT slide switch on the side of the driver and select the preferred color temperature.

Suspending the Fixture from a Beam/Rafter (Figure A)
Description of Figure A: This diagram illustrates the process of suspending the LED Linear High Bay fixture from a beam or rafter. It shows the fixture being attached to chains, which are then connected to V-hooks. These V-hooks are secured to an overhead structural element like a beam or rafter. A magnified view highlights the secure attachment point of the V-hook to the structure.
- Suspend the fixture by securing the V-hooks to the interior structure.
- Install the chains to the provided V-hooks, then mount the hangers to the top side of the fixture.
- Make wiring connections based on the instructions and diagrams below.
Installing the Pluggable Sensor (Figure B)
Description of Figure B: This diagram illustrates the installation of a pluggable sensor. It shows three steps: first, unscrewing and removing a sensor port plug from the fixture; second, inserting the sensor into the now-open port; and third, screwing the sensor into place to secure it. The sensor is noted as sold separately.
- Unscrew and remove the sensor port plug.
- Plug the sensor into the port and screw to tighten (sensor sold separately).
Wiring Diagram
Description of Wiring Diagram: The diagram illustrates the connections for the LED Linear High Bay. For 0-10V Dimmer Control, the fixture's dimmer input (+) is connected to the Purple wire, and the dimmer input (-) is connected to the Gray/Pink wire. The diagram also shows Black/Brown and White/Blue wires, potentially for dimmer power or control, with a note to follow the dimmer control manufacturer's instructions. For Standard Power (120V & 277V), the GROUND connection is made with the Green wire, the NEUTRAL connection with the White wire, and the LINE (HOT) connection with the Black wire. The diagram also indicates connections for the LED Light Source (LED+, LED-) and a "Dim to Off driver". A note states: "*For 240V, follow 480V wiring instructions*".
