You can convert industrial process temperature signals to analog, bus-based, or digital communication with a highly reliable point-to-point solution featuring fast response time, automatic self-calibration, sensor error detection, low deviation, and excellent EMC performance in all environments.
I.S. Interface (Intrinsically Safe)
We deliver the safest signal converters by validating our products against the most demanding safety standards. Through our pursuit of innovation, we have achieved groundbreaking success in developing Ex interfaces with full SIL 2 approval, which are both effective and cost-saving. Our comprehensive range of analog and digital isolators with built-in safety features offer multifunctional inputs and outputs, making PR an easily implemented standard for facilities. Our backplanes further simplify installations and enable seamless integration with DCS standard systems.
Communication Interface
We offer affordable, easy-to-use, future-proof communication interfaces that can communicate with your installed PR product base. All interfaces are detachable, feature a built-in display for viewing process values and diagnostics, and can be configured using pushbuttons. Product-specific functionality includes communication via Modbus and Bluetooth, and remote access using our PPS application (PR Process Supervisor), available for iOS and Android.
Multifunctionality
Our unique range of single units that cover multiple applications can easily be installed as a facility standard. By providing a single variant that works with a large number of applications, we reduce installation and training time, and significantly simplify spare parts management at your facilities. Our devices are designed for long-term signal accuracy, low power consumption, immunity to electrical interference, and easy programming.
Isolation
Our compact, fast, high-quality 6 mm isolators are based on microprocessor technology for exceptional performance and EMC immunity for dedicated applications with very low total cost of ownership. They can be stacked vertically or horizontally without air gaps between units.
Display
Our display range is characterized by flexibility and stability. The units meet almost all requirements for displaying process signals and feature universal input and power supply. They enable real-time measurement of process values across a wide range of areas and are designed to provide user-friendly and reliable information, even in demanding environments.
