Troubleshooting

1. How to solve abnormal wireless charging issues?

Please ensure that your phone supports wireless charging and MagSafe functions before using. If charging with a case, please use Apple or UGREEN MagSafe-compatible phone cases. The charger will automatically detect and cut off power when a metal foreign object is in the charging area; charging will resume after the object is removed.

2. Why does the wireless charger get hot while charging?

During the charging process, there are energy losses from electromagnetic conversion. A portion of this energy is converted into heat, causing the phone and wireless charger to become slightly warm. This is a normal phenomenon.

3. What should be noted while charging?

Please disconnect the charger from the power supply promptly after the device is fully charged to avoid continuous heating of the product and phone due to prolonged charging cycles.

Notes

• Unplug the charger from the power socket when not in use.
• Do not place small metal objects (such as paper clips, coins) or magnetic strip cards (like bank cards) near the charging induction area.
• Do not use the product in environments with high temperature, humidity, or strong magnetic fields.
• Using unapproved or incompatible power adapters and charging cables may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• Keep the product at least 10 cm away from individuals with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or other implants.
• Wipe this product and its accessories with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
• Do not expose the product to any liquids.
• Do not disassemble or repair the product yourself. Improper disassembly may lead to electric shock or other safety hazards. For repairs, please contact UGREEN after-sales service.
