Connectivity
The 8BitDo Ultimate Controller supports three modes of connection: Wireless 2.4G, Bluetooth, and Wired USB-C.
Wireless 2.4G
Connection: Plug the 2.4G receiver into your device. Press and hold the Controller Button and the D-pad Down button simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash rapidly. Once paired, the LED will be solid.
Compatibility: Windows, Android, Raspberry Pi.
Bluetooth
Connection: Press and hold the Controller Button and the D-pad Right button simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash rapidly. Select "8BitDo Ultimate Controller" from your device's Bluetooth menu. Once paired, the LED will be solid.
Compatibility: Windows, Android, Raspberry Pi, Switch, Steam.
Wired USB-C
Connection: Connect the controller to your device using the included USB-C cable.

Features
Button Mapping
Utilize the 8BitDo Ultimate Software to remap buttons and create custom profiles. This software is available for Windows and mobile devices.
Turbo Function
To enable/disable the turbo function for a specific button, press and hold the button, then press the Turbo button. The LED indicator will show the turbo status.
Vibration
The controller features adjustable vibration intensity. Adjust settings via the 8BitDo Ultimate Software.
Profile Switching
The controller allows saving multiple profiles. Switch between profiles using the dedicated profile button.

Troubleshooting and Support
Connection Issues
Ensure the controller is charged and within range of the device. Try re-pairing the controller. For 2.4G connection, ensure the receiver is properly connected.
Button Not Responding
Check if the button mapping has been altered. Reset the controller to default settings via the Ultimate Software.
Controller Not Detected
Ensure the correct connection mode is selected. Try a different USB port or cable if using a wired connection.
