Conveyance and Preservation

During transport, the sausage machine should be handled with care to prevent violent vibration. The machine should not be placed in the open air for extended periods; it should be stored in a drafty and non-corrosive warehouse.

Before You Start & Safety Precautions

Please follow these important guidelines before operating the hot dog roller:

Glass Cover Fixing

Follow these steps to fix the glass cover:

  1. Take the hot dog machine, glass cover, and the left and right boards out of the carton.
  2. Fix the glass cover to the right board using a bolt, then fix the left side with a bolt.
  3. Place the assembled glass cover onto the machine body and fasten it securely with bolts in the correct places.

Usage Instructions

  1. Add a little edible plant oil on both ends of the moving rollers before use to ensure they move smoothly.
  2. Turn on the power switch.
  3. The machine has two switches on the front panel that control two groups of rollers. You can turn on one or both switches according to your needs and the quantity of hot dogs.
  4. Adjust the temperature to a suitable setting. The heating indicator light will turn on and then off when the set temperature is reached. If the temperature drops, the indicator light will turn on again, resuming heating. This circular heating process saves energy and ensures quality cooking.
  5. Turn off the power switch after use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Always turn off the power when cleaning and maintaining the machine.
  2. The roller surface has an anti-stick coating. Use a cloth for cleaning to prevent the coating from wearing away.
  3. Do not clean the rollers with water, as this may damage the machine.

Electricity Principle Diagram

The electricity principle diagram illustrates the internal wiring of the hot dog roller. It shows the main power input (L - Live, N - Neutral, PE - Protective Earth) connected through a fuse (FU) and a power switch (K1). The power then branches to the motors (M) and the heating elements (R1-R16). The system is regulated by thermostatic controllers (WP1, WP2) and temperature limiters (FR1, FR2). Heating indicator lights (T1, T2) are also depicted, indicating when the heaters are active. The plug (XP) is the external connection point.
