Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Soothing Slumbers Sloth Projector™. This device helps little ones self-soothe. When a baby cries, the softly projecting sloth responds with calming lullabies and nature sounds.
Description of the product: A round, grey device designed for babies, featuring a sloth graphic. It has controls for timer, volume, light, lullabies, and nature sounds, along with a light projector and a night light.

WARNING
All packing materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords, and packaging screws are not part of this toy and should be discarded for your child's safety.

Removing the Packaging Locks
Follow these steps to remove packaging locks:
- Turn the packaging lock counterclockwise several times.
- Pull out and discard the packaging lock.
Getting Started
Battery Removal and Installation
Follow these steps for battery installation:
- Make sure the unit is turned Off.
- Locate the battery cover on the back of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw, then open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 3 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries, following the diagram inside the battery box. For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
WARNING: Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach of children.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.

- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended should be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
IMPORTANT : INFORMATIONS CONCERNANT LES PILES
- Mettre en place les piles ou les accumulateurs en respectant les polarités + et –.
- Ne pas mélanger des piles ou des accumulateurs neufs avec des usagés.

PILES RECHARGEABLES :

- Ne pas tenter de recharger des piles non rechargeables.

On/Off/Timer Selector
To turn the unit On, slide the On/Off/Timer Selector to the 15 mins or 45 mins position. To turn the unit Off, slide the selector to the Off position.

Volume Buttons
To adjust the volume, press the Low Volume Button [-] or the High Volume Button [+].

Light Control Button
Press the Light Control Button to choose between the night light and the light projection.

Sound Sensor
This projector is equipped with a special Sound Sensor. Once the set time is up, the unit will automatically shut off. The sensor will turn on the program when it detects baby's cry for approximately two seconds without interruption. The unit will turn on and play lullabies or nature sounds.
Automatic Shut Off
To preserve battery life, the Soothing Slumbers Sloth Projector™ will automatically shut off after the timer has expired. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or when baby's cries are detected.
NOTE
If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install a new set of batteries.

Press the Lullabies Button to hear sing-along songs, phrases, and soothing melodies. The projector will light up and the night light will glow.

Care & Maintenance
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
Troubleshooting
If the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to use again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
