Hytronik Motion Sensors: HC038V/BT & HCD038/BT
Detached Motion Sensor with Bluetooth 5.0 SIG Mesh
Product Description
HC038V/BT (0/1-10V Output)
HCD038/BT (DALI Output)
The HC038V/BT is a Bluetooth 0/1-10V control base, while the HCD038/BT is a Bluetooth DALI control base with a built-in 30mA DALI power supply. Both models work with a wide range of microwave and PIR sensor heads. They are ideal for plastic luminaires as Bluetooth signals can transmit through plastic, making them preferable to metal luminaires in some cases. These sensors are suitable for typical indoor applications such as offices, classrooms, car parks, warehouses, and other commercial or industrial areas. With Bluetooth wireless mesh networking, communication is simplified without the need for extensive hardwiring, adding value to luminaires and reducing project costs. Device setup and commissioning can be easily managed via the Koolmesh™ app.

Mechanical Structure & Dimensions
Diagrams illustrating the physical dimensions and terminal layouts for the HC038V/BT (0/1-10V output) and HCD038/BT (DALI output) control bases are provided, showing the placement of the Bluetooth module, 0/1-10V terminals, RJ12 connector for DALI, and power terminals (L, N).
Wire preparation details indicate the use of wires with a gauge of 0.75~1.5mm and a stripping length of 8mm. A diagram shows how to release wires from terminals using a screwdriver.
Wiring Diagram
Wiring diagrams are provided for both the HC038V/BT and HCD038/BT models, illustrating connections to LED drivers, power supply (L, N), and push switches (PUSH1, PUSH2).
