Services Included in Standard Installation Charges

Unboxing and installing the AC
Connecting Outdoor Unit and Indoor Unit with the standard connecting wire (3.5m) provided by the manufacturer
Sealing the hole from the outside using POP (provided by Service engineer)
Functionality testing: conducting gas check, installation check, cooling performance check (using ‘Smart Install’)
Electrical safety tests
Product demonstration (with remote & SmartThings app)

Additional Charges for Out-of-Scope Items/Services

Additional charges apply for any out-of-scope accessories not provided in the product box (such as electrical fitment like power plug/MCB, Stabilizer, AC brackets, AC ODU Wall stand, Power cord) and/or any additional services such as dismantling of old AC or any work requiring additional chiseling or masonry work. These charges shall be paid directly to the service expert.

Indicative Charges

Indicative charges are mentioned below:

1/4" (0.635 cm) & 1/2" (1.27 cm) Copper pipe (with insulation): Rs 850 per running meter (only to be paid for over & above 3 m)
3 core wire power cord (Power Supply): Rs 110 per running meter
4 core wire IDU~ODU communication cable/connecting wire: Rs 140 per running meter (only to be paid for over & above 3.5 m)
Drain pipe (Wire Mesh-1" Dia with insulation): Rs 90 per running meter
AC Outdoor wall stand/bracket: Rs 750 per unit
Fixing* of AC Bracket (Labor only): Rs 200 per unit
Fixing* of Copper pipe (Labor only): Rs 200 per meter
Dismantling labor for Split AC / Inverter AC: Rs 500 per unit
Dismantling labor for Window AC: Rs 400 per unit

*Taxes additional as applicable

* Fixing charges will be applied if arranged by customer himself / provided by dealer for AC bracket and Copper pipe.
