Quick Steps to Set Up the 1200Mbps WiFi Extender

Quick steps to set up Repeater Mode (On phone):

1. Plug the device into a socket next to your main router, wait for 15 seconds. The WiFi repeater will start up entirely. No need to plug in an Ethernet cable.
2. Search the WiFi signal named "Wireless-AC-2.4G" or "Wireless-AC-5G" and connect to either of them on your phone. Both signals are open, with no password required to connect.
3. After connecting to Wireless-AC-2.4G or Wireless-AC-5G, your phone will automatically open the admin page. Type the username: admin, and password: admin. (If it does not open, or if using a computer, please manually open a browser and type the IP address 192.168.100.99 in the address bar to enter the admin page. Username and password are both 'admin', all in lower case).
4. Select Repeater Mode.
5. The WiFi extender will scan available WiFi signals automatically. Please select the WiFi signal that you want to extend. (If you cannot find your home WiFi name, please click 'Manual Setup' and manually input your hidden WiFi information).
6. Please correctly input your extended-needed WiFi's password for the WiFi signal that you selected in step 5. This is very important. Please make sure you typed the password correctly.
7. (Optional) You can change or not change the WiFi extender's WiFi name and password. Click 'OK' to save the setting. (You can set a new WiFi password for the WiFi extender, or keep the same WiFi password as the main WiFi signal).
8. Done. Close the browser directly. Open your WiFi list and search for the new WiFi extender's signal, then input the password to get access into the internet. (If you do not find the new WiFi signal name or if it shows no internet connection, please delete/forget the WiFi signals, then re-scan and re-connect to it. After connecting, please wait for 2 minutes).

Factory Reset Instructions

If you changed the network provider, or the setup failed, please factory reset the device.

How to factory reset it:

Long press the reset button for about 20 seconds until the lights change from on to off and then back on again. Wait for a while. The default WiFi signal names, Wireless-AC-2.4G and Wireless-AC-5G, will appear, and they will become open and unencrypted. This means the reset is done. If the signals are still secured, or do not appear, it means the factory reset failed. Please try again. Please make sure you factory reset it successfully before you configure it.
