How to Set Up GlucoRx Voyager for Windows

Account Creation and Login

To log in, input your email address and password. Description: The 'Welcome To GlucoRx' login screen requires an Email/User ID and Password. A 'Login' button and a 'Forget Password' link are available.
The user is prompted to input their Low and High blood glucose limits. This is personal to each person. If you are unsure what your limits are, you should speak with your healthcare professional. (This is only required on the user's first login).

Account Creation:
If creating a new account:
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, select Male/Female, select a Date, and enter Email, Password, and Confirm Password. Description: The account creation form includes fields for First Name, Last Name, Gender (Male/Female), Date, Email, Password, and Confirm Password.
- Click 'Verify Email'. Description: A 'Verify Email' button is present. The system requires email verification for new accounts.
Description: A message 'Thank you for signing up for GlucoRX. Please click on the following button to verify your email and get started.' will appear.

Data Import Process
Plug your meter into the computer using a [USB icon] cable. Description: Connect the blood glucose meter to the computer using its USB cable.
When 'USB or PC' is displayed on the meter's screen, select the meter name from the devices dropdown on the software and select 'Connect' [connect button]. Description: The 'Connect BG Meter to Computer via USB' interface prompts the user to select their meter from a dropdown list (e.g., HCT Meter, Nexus Meter, Nexus Mini Ultra, Q Meter, Nexus Voice Meter, Nexus Pearl) and click 'CONNECT'. It also advises to ensure 'USB' is displayed on the BG Meter.
New readings will automatically be imported. Description: Once connected, the software transfers data from the meter.

Alternative Portal Access:
- To log into the portal without importing any results, open 'GlucoRx.exe' and click the 'Visit Portal' button.
