Tekelek TEK 880 LTE Radar Level Sensor

Introduction

The Tekelek TEK 880 LTE is a versatile and configurable battery-operated distance sensor. It features an integrated cellular modem supporting GSM (2G), LTE-CAT M1, and NB-IoT networks. This device utilizes pulse radar technology to accurately measure tank ullages within a range of 8cm to 6.75m. The measured data is transmitted in a binary payload message to a remote server via a TCP connection.

The sensor is equipped with a reed switch for activation and initiating manual measurements, as well as a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module for device interaction during installation. User feedback is provided through an integrated buzzer.
