The Danfoss SonoSelect 10 and SonoSafe 10 are compact ultrasonic heat meters designed for measuring energy consumption in heating, cooling, and combined heating/cooling applications. They are built for remote reading (AMR) and utilize ultrasonic flow measurement technology combined with Pt1000 temperature sensors and a calculation unit.

Communication Modules

Modules allow adaptation to various applications. Each module has its own microcontroller and is powered by its own battery. Local copies of meter parameters are stored for communication. Data is updated every 10 minutes. Modules are galvanically isolated.
