Using Your Product

For the fastest and safest charge, use an Anker® cable, your device's original cable, or another certified cable (such as MFi).

The charger features two USB-C ports. A USB-C cable connects the charger to a device for power delivery.

Attention / Important Safety Information

• The product is designed for use with IT equipment only.
• The maximum ambient temperature during use must not exceed 30°C.
• Keep away from naked flame sources, such as candles.
• Disconnect from line voltage by unplugging the AC plug.
• In case of broken cords or plugs, the product must be disposed of.
• Clean only with a dry cloth or brush.
• The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
• The power supply is not intended to be repaired by service personnel; dispose of the product if it fails or has a component defect.
• Do not disassemble, open, or drop the product.
• Keep away from liquids and moisture.
• Keep away from high voltage equipment.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not expose to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or fire.
• Do not place near candles, cigarettes, or open flames.
• Avoid dropping objects or splashing liquids, including acids, onto the charger.
• Connect only to a socket-outlet providing the voltage indicated on the charger.
• To reduce the risk of damage to the power cord, do not disconnect the charger by pulling the cord; grip the charger and pull it from the outlet.
• Ensure the cable is routed to prevent it from being walked on or tripped over.
• Warning: Never replace fuses or plugs with non-original replacements.
• Improper connection may cause electric shock to the user.
• When using an extension cord, ensure the grounding conductor in the cord is intact.
• For indoor use only; do not use in areas exposed to sun, rain, etc.
• The power plug serves as the disconnection device and must remain accessible and operational.
• Ensure convenient access for connecting and disconnecting the power plug from the mains.
• The power supply is rated for AC 200-240V, with a maximum allowable operating voltage range of ±10% (180V~264V).
• The device should be operated in an open space and not installed in a confined space like a bookshelf.
• The device must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water, or environments where liquids may be present.
