Hisense Additional 3 Year Promotional Warranty

Warranty Period

This document details the terms for a 3-year extended warranty promotion from Hisense, offered in addition to the standard manufacturer's warranty. It is valid for customers who purchased a qualifying product from a participating retailer during the promotional period and registered their purchase.

Conditions of the Promotional Warranty

To benefit from this promotional warranty, customers must meet specific conditions, including:

• The warranty is for the original purchaser within mainland UK and is non-transferable.
• Only qualifying models purchased from selected retailers during the promotional period are eligible.
• Online registration is required within 90 days of purchase via the Hisense registration website (https://hisense.warrantyonline.co.uk) or by phone (03330 436697). Proof of purchase, such as an invoice/receipt, and the product's serial number are necessary.
• The warranty covers products used in a normal domestic environment only; commercial use invalidates the warranty.
• The warranty applies to individual end-users, not companies or organizations for resale.
• Hisense reserves the right to reject claims if the product serial number and proof of purchase cannot be verified.
• The warranty is void if the serial number sticker is damaged, modified, or removed.
• The warranty applies to new products purchased for domestic use in the UK and covers parts and labour for manufacturing defects.

What is Not Covered

The warranty excludes damage caused by:

• Animals or pests, fire, natural disaster, flood, pollution, riots, accidents, unstable power supplies, voltage fluctuations, dirt, corrosion, salt build-up, excessive moisture, or excessive use (beyond fair wear and tear).
• Tampering, alteration, or repair by an unauthorized person.
• Conditions beyond Hisense UK Ltd's control causing repair delays.
• Improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, use, adjustment, or alteration.
• Product damage due to incorrect siting or positioning, such as inadequate ventilation, or exposure to dusty, corrosive, or damp environments.
• Misuse, impact, or excessive force.
• Compatibility issues with other products, apps, or software.
• Consumable parts such as bulbs, plugs, fuses, cables, filters, control knobs, handles, glass shelves, drawers, and accessories.
• Damage from limescale, mould, dirt, grease, spillages, and odours.

General Terms

Hisense UK Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and is not liable for promotion interruptions due to factors beyond its control. These terms are governed by English law.
