Welcome to the Fibaro Home Center 2, your central hub for smart home automation.
Getting Started: Connecting Your Home Center 2
Follow these steps to connect your device to power and your local network.
1. Prepare the Device
Unscrew the left side panel.
Take off the side panel.
2. Connect Cables
Connect the power cable to the mains and the network cable to your router's LAN socket. The Home Center 2 requires an external router.
3. Start the Home Center 2
Press the POWER button ⚡. Wait approximately 2 minutes for the device to start. Correct connection is indicated by diodes 1, 2, and 3.
4. Log in to Home Center 2
Visit www.fibaro.com/support to download and install FIBARO Finder for your operating system.
Run FIBARO Finder and click "Refresh". A list of Home Center 2 devices on your local network will appear.
Select your Home Center 2 by its serial number (found on the bottom casing) and click "Connect". The login page will appear in your browser.
Choose your language and log in with default credentials:
- Login: admin
- Password: admin
5. Download the Mobile App
Download the Fibaro mobile app from the App Store ? or Google Play ▶️ to manage your smart home on the go.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Fibar Group S.A. provides a warranty for the device against material and manufacturing defects.
Warranty Period:
- 24 months from the date of purchase by the consumer.
- 12 months from the date of purchase by a business customer.
Manufacturer's Responsibilities:
The Manufacturer will repair or replace defective components free of charge. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the entire device.
Making a Claim:
Customers should contact the Manufacturer via the support website (www.fibaro.com/support/) or the provided email address.
Defects will be removed within 30 days of the device being delivered to the Authorized Guarantee Service (AGS).
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage, damage from external causes (e.g., flood, fire, lightning),
- Damage caused by software malfunctions, viruses, or failure to update software as recommended.
- Damage from power surges, improper connection, or use of unrecommended accessories.
- Damage from operation or storage in extreme conditions (high humidity, dust, extreme temperatures).
- Damage caused by faulty electrical installation, incorrect fuses, or failure to perform maintenance.
- Damage from using non-original parts, unauthorized repairs, or continued use of a faulty device.
- Normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not exclude or limit customer's statutory warranty rights.
The Manufacturer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
