Menu Navigation
Language: Support Chinese/English
Press the 【Menu】 button on the Remote to enter the main menu. Press the 【 】 button on the Remote to enter level 2 sub-menu. Press the 【Menu】 button on the Remote to exit menu.
5.1 Level 1 Menu - Main Menu

5.2 Level 2 Menu - Exposure
Mode: Auto/Manual/SAE/AAE/Bright
Backlight: On/Off (only effective under Auto mode)
ExpComp: -7~+7 (only effective under Auto mode)
Flicker: Support 50HZ/60HZ
When changing the exposure mode to Manual, the sub-menu includes:
- Iris: F1.6, F1.85, F2.0, F2.2, F2.63, F3.0, F3.4, F4.0, F6.0, F8.0, F10.0, F16.0, F32.0, Off (Only effective under Manual/AAE mode)
- Shutter: 1/25, 1/30, 1/60, 1/90, 1/100, 1/125, 1/180, 1/250, 1/350, 1/500, 1/750, 1/1000, 1/1500, 1/2000, 1/3000, 1/4000, 1/6000, 1/10000 (Only effective under Manual/SAE mode)
- Gain: 0 to 99 (Only effective under AAE/SAE mode)
5.3 Level 2 Menu - Color
Brightness: 0-99
Contrast: 0-99
Hue: 0-99
Saturation: 0-99
Sharpness: 0-99
WB Mode: Auto/Manual/VAR/Indoor/Outdoor/Onepush
When WB mode is Auto, Rtuning and Btuning can be adjusted (0-99).
When WB mode is Manual, sub-menu is shown.
When WB mode is VAR, Color Temp is adjustable (2500-9000).
When WB mode is Indoor/Outdoor/Onepush, sub-menu is shown.
5.4 Level 2 Menu - Image

5.9 Level 2 Menu - Restore Default

Remote Control Functions
- POWER STANDBY: Turns the camera on or off.
- Lens: Controls the zoom function.
- Pan&Tilt: Controls the camera's pan and tilt movement.
- Power: Controls the power state.
- Standby: Puts the camera in standby mode.
- Freeze/Unfreeze the image: Temporarily stops or resumes the video feed.
Note: Press the direction key to adjust the angle. Long-press for faster movement. Press and hold the L/R button for 10s to adjust Pan-Tilt direction.

Network Function
7.1 Equipment Installation
Connect the HD video camera to your internet or PC via a network cable or switch/router. You can log into the camera's web interface using the default or modified IP address.
Querying PC IP Address: Navigate to Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
7.2 How to Add Networking
- Open the computer network local connection attribute window.
- Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)".
- Double-click or right-click to open the properties.
- Change the computer's IP to match the camera's network segment (e.g., 192.168.0.200 if the camera's default IP is 192.168.0.206). Ensure no IP conflicts.
7.3 Web Service Login
Access the camera's web interface by entering http://192.168.0.206
in a web browser (IE or Google Chrome recommended). Use username: admin
and password: admin
. Select English for the language.
First-time Login: You will be prompted to change the default password.
After successful login, you can control Pan/Tilt, Zoom, Focus, and manage preset positions.
7.3.1 Password Change
Users can change their passwords and save the settings.
7.3.2 Video Viewing Interface
The interface allows for setup of Pan and Tilt control, Zoom, Focus, and preset positions.
7.4 Video Streaming
Navigate to Setup > Video Settings > System Settings to configure video streams.
- Sub-stream: Configure stream settings.
- RTSP Video Streaming: Navigate to Setup > Network Settings > RTSP. The default RTSP main stream address is
rtsp://192.168.0.206:554/live/av0
. The default RTSP sub-stream address isrtsp://192.168.0.206:554/live/av1
. - RTMP Video Streaming: Navigate to Setup > Network Settings > RTMP. Enable RTMP to stream video to a server using Server URL and Streaming code.
7.5 Modify Camera IP and Computer IP
Ensure the camera and computer IPs are on the same network segment. Navigate to Setup > Network Settings > Local Network.
Camera IP Configuration:
- IP Address: 192.168.110.206
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Gateway: 192.168.110.254
- Preferred DNS: 192.168.110.7
- Alternate DNS: 192.168.110.8
After configuration, return the PC's IP to its original setting and select "Obtain an IP address automatically".
7.6 Software Upgrade
Navigate to Setup > Maintenance > System Upgrade.
Upgrade Process:
- Open the upgrade file.
- Upgrade automatically if needed.
- Restart the camera. Verify the software version.
- Click "Restore factory default" to restart and restore parameters to factory defaults (IP: 192.168.0.206, User: admin, Password: admin).
7.7 VISCA over IP
VISCA protocol can be transmitted over IP. Controller must support IP communication.

- Scope: Same network segment
Troubleshooting
- No Video: Check power and video cable connections.
- Unable to Pan, Tilt, Zoom: Exit the menu display.
- Camera Rotates on Power On: This is a normal self-test.
- Poor Image Quality (Low Light): Adjust backlight compensation in the menu.
- Remote Control Issues: Replace batteries or ensure the correct "IR select" number is used. Control within 10m, remove obstacles, and aim at the sensor.
- USB Not Identifiable: Check USB cable connections or try a different USB port.
- RS-232/RS-485 Control Issues: Verify correct connections (refer to interface distribution diagrams).
- No Ceiling Mount Bracket: Camera includes a wall mount; ceiling or tripod mounts are sold separately.
- Built-in Mic: The camera does not have a built-in microphone.
- Control Methods: Control via remote control, keyboard controller (joystick), or software.
Installation Instructions
8.1 Surface Installation
Place the camera on a flat surface. If placing on an inclined surface, ensure the angle is less than 15 degrees for proper Pan/Tilt operation.
8.2 Wall Mount Installation
- Mount the wall bracket securely to the wall using screws.
- Install the camera by rotating it clockwise onto the bracket. Ensure the bracket is oriented correctly towards the wall.
Maintenance Services
Products are guaranteed for 36 months for free maintenance against quality problems. Costs will be incurred for:
- Product not used normally.
- Damage from fire, electric shock, natural disasters, etc.
- Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
