Thank you for choosing this speakerphone. This manual introduces the functions, installation, and use of this device in full detail. The TEVO-A3000 series is a full duplex 16kHz echo cancellation speakerphone. Its best pick-up range is 5 meters, making it ideal for one-to-one and small to medium group conference calls via Bluetooth and USB connection. It serves to replace the PC's and smartphone's speaker and microphone with outstanding audio quality. It features a USB interface for connection to PCs or other video conference terminals, and can connect to mobile phones, tablets, and other smart devices via Bluetooth/2.4G/I.0 (connections may vary by device).
Attention
- Before operation, please fully read and follow all instructions in the manual.
- Operational environment: 0 ~ 40 degrees Celsius, Working humidity: 20 ~ 85% (no frost).
- Please keep the device away from motors, transformers, and other electronic devices to avoid noise.
- Please keep the equipment away from water and other liquids to avoid electric shock.
- This device should be placed in a horizontal position; it is not designed for wall-mounting or ceiling-mounting.
- This product uses overall packaging for transportation; please protect products from damage due to heavy weight, strenuous vibration, or immersion.
- Please use the USB cable attached with this device to prevent personal electric shock and fire damage.
- Use a dry soft cloth to clean the device. Never use strong or abrasive cleaner agents on the device to avoid damage to its shell.
- There are no user-serviceable parts inside; please turn to professional maintenance personnel rather than dismantling the speakerphone or its protective cover yourself.
Note: The audio quality may be affected by the specific frequencies of electromagnetic fields.

The product is available in two main types: TEVO-A3000(G) which supports USB/2.4G connectivity, and TEVO-A3000B which supports Bluetooth connectivity. Both types feature a similar physical design. Please charge before using the Wireless/Bluetooth devices with a standard USB cable and power adapter.

Interface and Controls
Interface Introduction
The speakerphone features several ports on its rear panel: Ext2, Ext1, I/O audio interface, a USB interface (for charging and data), and a Din6 port. Indicator lights include Working status, 2.4G connection, Battery level, and Volume. Control buttons for Volume Up/Down are also present.
The top panel displays control buttons and indicator lights.

Connections
Charging Instructions
Please charge before using the Wireless/Bluetooth devices. This device comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge using a standard USB cable and power adapter, or by connecting the device to a PC. Note: Please charge the device for 2-3 hours before its first use to ensure it is fully charged.
USB Connection
This device can be connected by USB cable to function as both a speaker and a microphone.
- Compatible with Windows, iOS, Android, and other operating systems with a USB port.
- PCs or other devices will automatically recognize and install the device. This process may take up to 1 minute for the first use.
- The blue indicator will be on while working.
- Open your chosen communication platform to start an audio call.

2.4G Wireless Connection
- Plug the 2.4G Wireless Receiver into a PC or other device.
- Turn on the speakerphone.
- PCs or other devices will automatically recognize and install the device. This process may take up to 1 minute for the first use. The blue indicator will be on while working.
- Open your chosen platform, and set the audio input and output to TEVO-A3000G to start an audio call.

Bluetooth Connection
This device can be connected by Bluetooth to function as a speaker and microphone for smartphones and tablets.
- Turn on the device and press the Bluetooth pairing button; the green indicator Y will flash, indicating it is ready for pairing.
- On your smartphone, tablet, or other smart device, turn on Bluetooth and select "TEVO-A3000B" to match. The Y indicator will be solid when successfully matched.
- Open your chosen platform to start an audio call.

IN/OUT Connection
(1) When the terminal device has a four-core audio interface, the "I/O" port of the terminal device can be connected using a 3.5 mm four-core audio line.
(2) When the terminal device has two three-core audio interfaces (microphone and speaker interfaces), an audio converter is needed. Two 3.5mm 3-core audio wires are used to connect the terminal equipment's interface to the audio adapter, and then the four-core terminals of the audio adapter are connected to the "I/O" port of the speakerphone.
Note: When the terminal device is a PC, please set the speakerphone to PC mode. When the terminal device is a mobile phone, please set the A3000B to "mobile mode" (refer to P4 button function instructions).

Maintenance and Warranty
Maintenance Service Terms
1. All products purchased from Tenveo are guaranteed to be in good repair for 12 months. If any quality problems arise during the guarantee period, we will maintain it for free. If the same problem occurs within 3 months after maintenance, we will maintain it again for free.
2. Please provide the original or a copy of the invoice, warranty card, and a detailed description of the device's failure when sending the device back for service.
3. Under any of the following circumstances, related maintenance costs will be collected:
- a. Product was not used normally.
- b. Fire, electric shock, outside object collapse, or other natural disasters causing equipment damage.
- c. Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
Warranty Card Information
The warranty card requires the following information for user and product details:
- User's Info: Name, Tel, Email, Post code, Address.
- Product's Info: Product Name, Factory Serial Number.
- Purchase Date: Date of purchase.
Attention: This card is considered proof for warranty service, so please reserve it carefully and fill in truthfully. Please indicate the model number, Factory Serial Number, and a detailed description of the fault information.
