PoE Injector
The PoE Injector supplies stable power and data connectivity to a Powered Device (PD) via an Ethernet cable.
Diagram Description: A network setup illustrating a PoE Injector. A "Non-PoE Device (Switch, Router, etc.)" connects via Ethernet cable to the "LAN IN" port of the PoE Injector. The "PoE" port of the injector connects via Ethernet cable to a "Powered Device (PD)". The injector receives power from a source, indicated as "DC 48V". Examples of Powered Devices shown include an "IP Camera", "AP", and "IP Phone".
PoE Injector & Splitter
The PoE Injector and PoE Splitter can be used together to supply power and transmit data to Non-PoE devices.
Diagram Description: A network setup showing a PoE Injector and a PoE Splitter working in tandem. A "Non-PoE Device (Switch, Router, etc.)" connects to the "LAN IN" port of the PoE Injector. The "PoE" port of the injector connects to the "PoE" port of the PoE Splitter. The "LAN OUT" port of the splitter connects to a "Non-PoE Device*". The "PWR DC OUT" port of the splitter provides adjustable voltage (12V, 9V, 5V) to the Non-PoE Device. A note advises: "Set the required voltage for the Non-PoE device before connecting the cable."
PoE Splitter
The PoE Splitter can be used with PoE/PoE+ switches to deliver DC power and data to Non-PoE devices.
Diagram Description: A network setup where a "PoE/PoE+ Switch" connects via Ethernet cable to the "PoE" port of a PoE Splitter. The "LAN OUT" port of the splitter connects via Ethernet cable to a "Non-PoE Device*". The "PWR DC OUT" port of the splitter provides adjustable voltage (12V, 9V, 5V) to the Non-PoE Device. A note advises: "Set the required voltage for the Non-PoE device before connecting the cable."
Recommended Power:
- POE10R: Less than 10W (5V) / Less than 9W (9V) / Less than 12W (12V)
- TL-PD30G-M2: Less than 10W (5V) / Less than 18W (9V) / Less than 24W (12V)
PoE Extender
The PoE Extender is used to extend network connections from PoE-powered equipment.
Diagram Description: A network setup illustrating the use of a PoE Extender. A "PSE (e.g., PoE Switch, PoE Injector)" connects via Ethernet cable to the "LAN IN" port of the PoE Extender. The "LAN OUT" port of the PoE Extender connects via Ethernet cable to a "Powered Device (PD)". The diagram indicates connection distances of (100/250m) for both paths. A "PoE+ Extender" is also shown with similar connectivity.
