Notice

According to the regulations of the People's Republic of China on radio administration, units and individuals that install and use radio transmitting equipment in the People's Republic of China must apply to the corresponding radio administration agency for the establishment of a radio station. You cannot use it until you have obtained a radio licence.

Thank you for choosing our VHF UHF Walkie-talkie. The walkie-talkie has a novel design, reasonable and beautiful process structure, and stable performance. It is designed to meet the needs of users for walkie-talkies with convenient operation and excellent performance.

In order to make you fully understand the performance of the machine, please read the instructions carefully before using.

Alert Users

  • Use of this Walkie-talkie must comply with local government regulations; improper use will be in violation of the law, subject to sanctions and may even go to jail.
  • The repair and adjustment of this interphone is authorized only to contract-authorized maintenance personnel.
  • To avoid problems caused by electromagnetic interference or EMC, please turn off your walkie-talkie at places with "Please turn off walkie-talkie" signs, such as hospitals and other health care places. When boarding an aircraft, please turn off the intercom when the crew asks to do so.
  • In a car with an airbag, do not place your walkie-talkie in an area where airbags may be deployed.
  • Please turn off the intercom before entering flammable and explosive environments.
  • Please do not continue to transmit for too long; walkie-talkies may become too hot, potentially burning people, and even damaging the walkie-talkies.
  • Do not use a radio with a damaged antenna. A damaged antenna may cause minor burns if it comes into contact with skin.
  • Do not expose your walkie-talkie to direct sunlight for long periods of time or place it near a heating device.
  • If you wear a portable walkie-talkie on your body, please make sure that the antenna is at least 5 cm away from your body when the walkie-talkie is transmitting.
  • If you notice any odors or fumes coming from your walkie-talkie, turn off the power immediately and contact your nearest authorized dealer.

Inspection

Welcome to the Walkie-talkie:

  • Please check the box of this product for any signs of damage.
  • Please open the box carefully and make sure that the items listed in the following table are in the box. If you find any loss or damage of this product and its accessories during handling, please contact the distributor immediately.

Installation

Install/Remove the Battery Pack

1. Place the battery into the main unit as shown in Figure 1.

Note: If you need to remove the battery, loosen the screw counterclockwise to remove the battery, as shown in Figure 2.

Install/Remove the Antenna

Hold the bottom of the antenna and press the clockwise direction to screw the antenna into the antenna pedestal on top of the walkie-talkie until it is tightened. (see Figure 3)

To remove the antenna, simply rotate the anticlockwise direction and remove the antenna. (see Figure 4)

Charging Operation Steps

Please use the charger designated by us to charge the battery; the indicator of the charger can indicate the charging status.

1. Connect the power adapter to the Jack on the back of the AC outlet box charger as shown in Figure 1.

2. Insert the battery-mounted interphone into the charger as shown in Figure 2 and make sure the battery is in full contact with the charging terminal.

3. A red light indicates the start of charging.

4. When the light turns green, the charge is complete.

Line Charge

Charging Operation Steps

Please charge the battery with the charging line specified by us. The indicator of the charger can show the charging status.

1. Insert the charging cable into the battery's Type-c charging interface as shown.

2. A red light indicates the start of charging.

3. If the light turns green, the charge is complete.

Key Functions

Key Introduction

  • OK Key: Menu Key/confirmation key. Long Press: Enter native ID code in standby interface.
  • ESC Key: Exit Key.
  • Up/Down Keys: Short Press: Turn Up Key / Down Flip Key. Long Press: Quick Down Flip Key.
  • Number Keys (1-9, 0, *, #):
    • 1: On the standby interface, press short to switch A/B.
    • 0: On the standby interface, press the long keypad lock key/unlock.
    • *: On the standby interface, press short switch channel with write frequency working mode (VFO/CH).
    • #: On the standby interface, press long enter DTMF encoding.

Interface Icon Description

Icon Description
? Receive signal strength indication, transmit power indication.
The current transmitting power is low.
⚡⚡ The current transmitting power is high power.
VFO This symbol indicates the current frequency mode.
CT This symbol indicates that the current subtone is an analog subtone.
DCS This symbol indicates that the current subtone is a digital subtone.
⛰️ It means that the dual-band waiting function has been set up and activated at the same time. It is in the dual-band waiting state and can wait on the frequency points of the two frequency bands displayed on the screen at the same time.
? The symbol appears when the keyboard is in a locked state, and can be removed by holding [OK] + [#] the key down for more than 2 seconds.
N The symbol appears when the channel operates in a narrow-band mode.
? Display the current battery remaining power, in the case of battery is about to run out, there is a voice message "Insufficient" battery display only the frame.
▶️ A/B pointer indicating the current operating frequency.
?️ The symbol indicates that the voice control function is turned on.
S The symbol indicates that the channel scan has been turned on.
AM The symbol indicates in the air frequency band.
FM The symbol indicates the carrier frequency band.

Basic Operation

Power on and off

To turn it on, turn the knob clockwise until it clicks: to turn it off, turn the knob counterclockwise until it clicks.

Volume adjustment

When turned on, turn the knob clockwise to increase the volume, and counter-clockwise to reduce the volume.

Frequency/channel mode switching

Short keystroke * for frequency/channel mode switching.

Call

Press the PTT key to transmit A/B frequency.

A/B switch

In the standby interface (no lock keyboard) short press, # this key for A/B switch.

Dual-band waiting

It can be turned off from the menu or set by the write frequency software.

Keyboard Lock

Long Press on the standby interface (no lock on the keyboard), key for the keyboard lock, again long press # this key to open the keyboard.

Scan function

Can be set by PFI or Pe2 in the menu, or by the frequency of software settings.

Air Frequency

On the standby interface (no lock on the keyboard) you can manually enter the air frequency.

Weather forecast

This can be set from the PF1/PF2 menu or from the computer's frequency-writing software. Notes: Weather forecast defaults to 9 channels and does not change the forecast frequency (NOAA requires country or region support).

Scan function

In the standby interface (no lock on the keyboard) can be set through the menu PF1/PF2, or through the computer writing software settings to enable this function.

Radio

a. This can be set from the PF1/PF2 menu or from the computer's frequency-writing software.

b. Enter Radio Mode: Press the PF2 key to search. To speed up the next need, frequency, you can add shortcut keys. Operation Steps: Press (OK) key to enter the menu in the current radio, select the channel store press (OK) key to enter, through the up/down key to save the channel, need the channel, if you want to delete some channels to select the channel to delete the operation.

One click to frequency

In the standby interface, long press '1' key to enter a key on the frequency, with a red light flashing, another has been launched when the display interface. (right)

Yayin display number and complete and indicator light is not flashing that code breaking success, you can directly intercom, press OK key can directly save the current channel, if you want to re-break to press reset. To break the next channel, press the up flip key/down flip key to enter the code breaking function again (step by step, carry on).

If code breaking is over, press "1" to exit this function and return to the main interface.

Warranty Description:

  1. This warranty card is kept by the customer as a warranty certificate.
