Product Overview

This document provides instructions for the Hama KMW-700 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Set.

Connecting the Receiver

Step 1: Locate a USB port on your computer.

Step 2: Insert the USB receiver [? USB] into the USB port. The computer will automatically detect the receiver and install the necessary drivers.

Mouse Battery Installation

Step 1: Turn the mouse over to access the underside.

Step 2: Slide the battery compartment cover [➡️] to open it.

Step 3: Insert batteries (not included) into the compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside.

Step 4: Close the battery compartment cover.

Step 5: Slide the power switch [? ON/OFF] on the underside of the mouse to the 'ON' position.

Mouse DPI Adjustment

The mouse features adjustable DPI settings for cursor speed control.

Press the DPI button [⬆️ DPI] on the top of the mouse to cycle through the available DPI levels: 1000 DPI, 1500 DPI, 2000 DPI, and 2400 DPI.

Keyboard Function Keys

The keyboard includes special function keys accessible by pressing the 'Fn' key in combination with other keys:

Fn + F1: Play/Pause [▶️]
Fn + F2: Previous Track [⏪]
Fn + F3: Next Track [⏩]
Fn + F4: Volume Down [?️]
Fn + F5: Volume Up [?]
Fn + F6: Mute [?]
Fn + F7: Play/Pause (Media) [▶️]
Fn + F8: Stop [⏹️]
Fn + F9: Open Email Client [?]
Fn + F10: Open Browser Home Page [?]
Fn + F11: Open Search [?]
Fn + F12: Open Calculator [?]
