1. Service Upgrade

3. How to Set Up
Follow these steps to set up your Litokam camera:
- Step 1: Download the "Littlelf Smart" APP and register an account via email. QR codes for Google Play and the App Store are provided.
- Step 2: Power on the camera and ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Step 3: Open the "Littlelf Smart" APP, click "+" or "Add Device" on the home page. Select "Cam P1", confirm the camera status, and click "Next". The camera status is indicated by a blinking white light after 30 seconds.
- Step 4: Align the QR code on the phone screen with the camera lens at a distance of 15-20cm. Once you hear "Scan QR code successfully", click "Hear the beep".
- Step 5: Wait for network configuration to complete successfully. The app will show "1 device(s) added successfully" and "Cam P1 Added successfully". Click "Done" to finish.
4. Storage Methods
Two storage methods are available:
- Cloud Storage: Subscribe to a cloud storage package to automatically save videos. The app interface shows "Video Cloud Storage 3-device promotions" and options to "Purchase Service" or "Learn More".
- Micro SD Card Storage: Insert a micro SD card and turn on the Record Button to save event recordings.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How do you troubleshoot a security camera?
If the camera's red light flashes rapidly, it usually indicates a normal connection. For other abnormal states, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Try a different cable and plug if the light is not flashing red.
- Update the software and firmware.
- Reset the camera to its factory settings.
- Verify the router password (WiFi password, not app account password) is correct.
- Place the camera close to the router with strong and stable signals.
- Ensure the device is added via a 2.4GHz WiFi band. If the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands share the same WiFi account, consider configuring two accounts and switching to the 2.4GHz band during network connection.
Q2: How do I record after inserting the Micro SD card?
Follow these instructions:
- Click the "..." icon on the live video interface.
- Click on "Recording Settings".
- Turn on "Local Recording" to automatically begin recording video.
- Select "Recording Mode" and "Event Recording" to record video when motion is detected.
- Select "Recording Mode" and "Non-Stop" to continuously record video.
Q3: How can I view motion detection videos instead of screenshots?
To view motion detection videos, use a Micro SD card or a cloud service. If you are already using one, follow these steps:
- Open your app and click on Home.
- Select your camera and go to the live video page.
- Click on "Message" in the bottom left corner.
- Click on "All".
- Click on the "View" button to view the recording video.
