Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Remove Poly-foam

Open the box and carefully remove all components except the main machine. Remove the poly-foam and other components from inside. Set the poly-foam aside for later use. Reposition the poly-foam to its original state and turn the unit 90 degrees.

Diagram shows the main frame being lifted off the poly-foam. Arrows indicate lifting motion.

Step 2: Assemble Front Stabilizer

Attach the front stabilizer (B) to the main frame (A). Secure it using screws (J1) and washers (J2). With two people, turn the machine to face the direction of the next step.

Diagram shows the front stabilizer (B) being attached to the main frame (A) with screws (J1) and washers (J2). An arrow indicates turning the machine.

Step 3: Assemble Connection Pedal Tube

After turning the main frame (A), remove the remaining poly-foam (3, 4). Fit the connection pedal tube (G) onto the main frame (A) and tighten using screws (J1). Note: Before using the pull rope, ensure the strap holder is removed.

Diagram shows the connection pedal tube (G) being attached to the main frame (A) with screws (J1). Poly-foam pieces (POLYFOAM(3), POLYFOAM(4)) and a strap holder are visible.

Step 4: Assemble Saddle and Upper Slide Track

Fit the saddle (E) onto the upper slide track (D) and tighten using screws (J1). Then, attach the slide track (D) to the main rower frame (A) using screws (J1).

Diagram shows the saddle (E) being attached to the upper slide track (D) with screws (J1), and then the combined unit being attached to the main frame (A) with screws (J1).

Step 5: Assemble Rear Stabilizer

Pull up the upper slide track (D) and fit the rear stabilizer (C) onto it. Secure the rear stabilizer (C) to the upper slide track (D) using screws (J1).

Diagram shows the rear stabilizer (C) being attached to the upper slide track (D) with screws (J1).

Step 6: Assemble and Adjust Pedals

Attach the right pedal (F1) to the connection pedal tube (G) using screws (J1) and washers (J2). To adjust the pedal, loosen the nut (F10) and knob (F9) first. Adjust the pedal position up or down as preferred, then re-tighten. Repeat for the left pedal (F2).

Diagram shows the right pedal (F1) being attached to the connection pedal tube (G). A close-up shows the pedal adjustment mechanism with F10 (nut) and F9 (knob).

Step 7: Folding the Machine

To fold the machine, loosen the knob (A4) and pull it down. Fold up the slide tracking as shown and then tighten the knob. Ensure you hold the slide tracking until the knob is securely tightened. The mains adapter is required to operate the computer console.

Diagram shows the rower being folded by lifting the slide track and securing it with a knob (A4).

Step 8: Using the Adapter

The power socket is located at the front of the machine. Plug in the 6V 1A power adapter.

Diagram shows the power socket on the machine and the power adapter being plugged in.

Moving the Machine

The front stabilizer has built-in transport wheels. To move the machine, stand at the front, lift it until the weight is supported by the transport wheels, and then push it to the desired location.

Diagram shows the machine being tilted onto its transport wheels.

Adjusting Console and Pedals

Console Angle Adjustment

The console angle is adjustable. Once the desired position is found, use the 8mm tool to secure the console.

Pedal Strap Adjustment

1. Place your right foot into the right pedal (F1). Adjust the pedal strap (F13) to secure your foot comfortably. 2. Repeat for the left pedal.

Diagram shows the console angle adjustment and the pedal strap (F13) being tightened on the pedal (F1).

Upper Slide Track Adjustment

There are three screws for adjusting the upper slide track (D) and sliding track (E1): one middle screw (E9) and two outer screws (E3). Loosen the middle screw (E9) first. Adjust the two outer screws (E3) to achieve the desired tightness or looseness. Finally, tighten the middle screw (E9) to secure the track.

Diagram shows the upper slide track (D) and sliding track (E1) with screws E9 and E3 highlighted, indicating the adjustment points.
