Users can challenge themselves with 2 custom and 21 pre-set programs, offering up to 20 levels of magnetic resistance and incline. The trainer provides a smooth stride, powered by a 22 lb (10 kg) flywheel. It also includes 5 Landmark Building simulation programs, such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. The multi-position D-shaped handlebars are equipped with integrated resistance and incline buttons for convenient adjustments during workouts.
Motivation is enhanced through built-in Bluetooth speakers for streaming music. Heart rate can be tracked using compatible Bluetooth or 5 kHz wireless monitors, or the integrated hand pulse sensors. The oversized, cushioned, and articulating foot pedals are designed to minimize joint stress for a more comfortable workout experience.
