Water Repellent Feature
Your phone is water repellent, not waterproof. For more information on its water-repellent design and care, swipe up and tap Settings ⚙️ > Help ❓.
Environmental Considerations
Extreme Heat or Cold
Do not use your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Do not store or transport your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
Setup and Power On

Insert the SIM tool into the hole next to the SIM & microSD card tray to pop out the tray. Ensure you use the correct size SIM card and do not cut it.

Insert the SIM cards with the gold contacts down, then gently push the tray back into the slot. You can add a microSD card (optional, sold separately) for additional storage.

Press and hold the Power button ⏻ to turn on your phone, then follow the on-screen prompts to get started. To turn off your phone, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons ? simultaneously.

Charging and Battery Safety
The battery should only be removed by qualified personnel following Motorola-approved repair manuals. Always follow provided instructions to prevent burns or injury. If your phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power button ⏻ until the screen goes dark and the phone restarts.
Your phone supports PD (Power Delivery) and QC (Quick Charge). For fastest charging, use a Motorola 18W or higher USB-A QC charger (sold separately) with the included QC cable, or a Motorola 18W or higher USB-C PD charger with a compatible PD cable (sold separately). Using other chargers is not recommended and may affect performance. The charger must provide between 5W (minimum required) and 18W (maximum for fastest speed).
Chargers not compliant with national standards may be unsafe and could cause slow charging or product damage. Do not charge your phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Refer to the "Legal information" section or www.motorola.com/device-legal for applicable standards.
Volume Warning
To prevent hearing damage, avoid listening at high volume levels for extended periods. A warning will appear when headset volume reaches a high threshold. Tap OK to dismiss, or wait a few seconds and press the Volume Up button ? to dismiss the alert and adjust volume.
