Assembly Notice
General Tightening Procedure:
- Initially tighten all screws to 50%. An Allen wrench is recommended instead of an electric drill.
- Place the item on a flat ground to adjust and ensure it remains stable.
- Tighten all screws gradually.
- If screws are not aligned with holes during assembly, loosen other screws to 50% and continue the assembly process.
- If the item is not stable, loosen all screws, adjust on a flat ground, and tighten all screws again.
- Note: If some screws are fully tightened during assembly, others may not align. All holes are designed with extra space for adjustment.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Connect part G (Left Armrest Frame) to part A (Base Frame) using bolts (1) and washers (5). Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 2
Connect part H (Right Armrest Frame) to part A (Base Frame) using bolts (1) and washers (5). Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 3
Attach part C (Backrest Frame) to part B (Side Support) using bolts (3) and washers (5). Use the Allen key [Allen key]. Ensure initial tightening to 50%.

Step 4
Connect part B (Side Support) to part A (Base Frame) using bolts (1) and washers (5). Attach part I (Seat Frame) to the assembly using bolts (3) and washers (5). Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 5
Assemble the base structure by attaching parts D, E, and F (Front, Middle, Rear Base Supports) to the frame using bolts (3) and washers (5). Refer to diagrams for specific placement. Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 6
Attach part J (Backrest Cushion Support) and part K (Seat Cushion Support) to the main frame using bolts (3) and washers (5). Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 7
Further secure the base frame and armrest connections using bolts (3) and washers (5). Ensure all parts are aligned before proceeding. Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 8
Attach the plastic feet (8) and plastic feet corners (7) to the bottom of the base frame. Connect the hinges (9) to the backrest assembly and the main frame using bolts (2) and washers (6). Tighten screws to 50%.

Step 9
Attach part L (Backrest Top Support) to the backrest assembly. Once all parts are assembled and aligned, tighten all screws to 100% using the Allen key [Allen key].

Final Check: Ensure the chaise lounge chair is stable and all connections are secure.
Return / Damage Claim Instructions
- Original Packaging: Do not discard the original box or packaging. Items must be returned in the original box for acceptance.
- Box Markings: Take a photo of the box markings (text on the side). This is required for part identification if a replacement is needed.
- Damaged Part: If applicable, take a photo of the damaged part. This is required for filing a claim and processing replacements or refunds quickly. Ensure you retain the box, even if it is damaged.
- Submission: Email the requested images and a description of your claim directly from the marketplace where the item was purchased.
