Installation Instructions
Follow these steps to install the fan assembly kit:
Step 1:
If the fan kit is being installed into a Kendall Howard cabinet and is pre-assembled, remove screws and protective covers. Place the top fan guard on top of the cabinet knock-out hole and insert the screws.

Step 2:
Place the fan on the underside of the top cabinet panel with the airflow arrow facing up. Line up screws with the fan and install the nuts. Fully tighten hardware.

Warranty Information
GENERAL: Kendall Howard offers a Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for its products. Please read the warranty carefully for details on responsibilities and resolution.
TERMS OF WARRANTY: Kendall Howard products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Kendall Howard will, at its option, furnish new or factory remanufactured products for repair or replacement of any defective part.
WARRANTY EXTENDS TO FIRST PURCHASER FOR USE, NON-TRANSFERABLE: This warranty is extended to the original purchaser for use in the United States and is not transferable or assignable without prior written permission from Kendall Howard.
ASSIGNMENT OF WARRANTIES: Kendall Howard assigns to the User any warranties from manufacturers and suppliers of components, but makes no representations regarding their effectiveness or extent.
DRAWINGS, DESCRIPTIONS: Kendall Howard warrants that the product will conform to its descriptions. These are not warranties of performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE: Within a reasonable time (not exceeding 30 days) after discovering a defect, contact Kendall Howard. Kendall Howard will repair or replace non-conforming products without charge for materials. Labor is free if performed within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, labor charges apply. Kendall Howard covers shipping costs for replacement products and return of defective products. Coverage is subject to inspection confirming a defect and no misuse.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE OF COMPONENT MANUFACTURERS: Kendall Howard may utilize third-party component manufacturers for warranty work to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY: This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, improper application, incorrect electrical current, negligence, inappropriate operating conditions, unauthorized repair, transit accidents, tampering, alterations, changes in location or use, exposure to elements, Acts of God, theft, or installation contrary to recommendations. It also does not cover installation costs, circuit breaker resetting, maintenance, or service items. Labor and shipping costs for repair/replacement are not included unless specifically provided. Altering the product voids the warranty.
LIMITATIONS: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy is repair or replacement. Kendall Howard's liability for property loss or damage shall not exceed the net product purchase price. Kendall Howard assumes no liability for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
MISCELLANEOUS: No salesperson, employee, or agent can add to or vary these terms. Modifications require written consent from a Kendall Howard officer. This warranty is effective upon receipt of full payment and supersedes all previous warranties. Kendall Howard reserves the right to change warranty terms. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Users must complete and return the User Information Card within 30 days of receipt. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and represents the entire agreement.
