Product Overview
This document provides information about the sanag C16S True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Earphones. The product features true wireless stereo sound and Bluetooth connectivity.

Key Function Operation
- Power On: Open the charging compartment to automatically turn on the earphones. The ice blue indicator light will flash quickly, and after connection, the auxiliary ear's light will turn off while the main ear's light flashes slowly. Alternatively, manually power on by long-pressing the MFB (Multi-Function Button) touch key for 3 seconds.
- Shutdown: Place the earphones into the charging bin to automatically shut them down. Alternatively, manually power off by long-pressing the MFB touch button for approximately 7 seconds until the ice blue light flashes 3 times and then turns off.
- Pairing: After powering on, the earphones automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by the main ear's ice blue light flashing slowly), ready to be connected to a mobile phone.
- Answer Call: When a call comes in, single-click the MFB touch key on either the left or right earphone.
- Hang Up Call: During an active call, double-click the MFB touch key on either the left or right earphone.
- Reject Call: When a call comes in, long-press the MFB touch key on either the left or right earphone for 2 seconds.
- Play/Pause: Single-click the MFB touch key on either the left or right earphone to play or pause audio.
- Previous Track: Double-click the MFB touch button on the left earphone to go to the previous track.
- Next Track: Double-click the MFB touch button on the right earphone to go to the next track.
- Volume Up: Triple-click the MFB touch key on the left earphone to increase the volume.
- Volume Down: Triple-click the MFB touch key on the right earphone to decrease the volume.
- Voice Assistant: Long-press the MFB touch button on either earphone for about 3 seconds, then release to activate the device's voice assistant. Single-click to exit the voice assistant.
- Reset Headset: If the earphones are powered on but not connected to a phone, tap the MFB button on either earphone 5 times to reset the earphones to factory settings. A successful reset is indicated by the ice blue light staying on for 2 seconds before automatically powering off.
- Game Mode/Music Mode: Tap the MFB button on either earphone 4 times to enter low latency mode (Game Mode). Tap 4 times again to switch back to Music Mode.
- Low Power Alarm: When the earphone battery is low, a low power alert tone will sound approximately every 3 minutes.
- Charging: Place the earphones into the charging bin for charging. The charging bin's ice blue light will be steadily lit. While the earphones are charging, their ice blue light will be steadily lit; it will turn off when fully charged. The charging bin's light will turn off when it is fully charged. To charge the charging bin itself, its ice blue light will flash during charging and remain steadily lit when fully charged.
Bluetooth Operation
Bluetooth Connection Successful
1. Ensure the earphones are in Bluetooth mode. On your mobile phone, search for the Bluetooth pairing name "sanag C16S" and tap to connect.
2. By default, the earphones will automatically reconnect to the last connected device when powered on.

Bluetooth Disconnected
1. If you manually turn off Bluetooth on your mobile phone, the earphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. If the earphones move out of range from the phone, they will disconnect. If they return to the effective range within 5 minutes, they will reconnect automatically. If they remain out of range for more than 5 minutes, they will automatically shut down.

Matters Needing Attention
