Getting Started
Power On/Off
- To turn on: Press the power button briefly.
- Press the power button again to turn off the screen. The power station will enter sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity, and the screen will turn off.
- To turn off: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds.
Tip: During charging, the power station cannot be turned off by pressing and holding the power button unless the charging cable is disconnected first.
Powering Devices
Via USB Output: Connect your devices directly to the USB ports on the power station.
Via AC Outlet Socket: Press the AC output button once to turn the AC outlets on/off. Ensure the total power consumption of connected devices is within the rated power of the outlets (refer to X-Boost for power limitations).
Tip for AC Timeout: The AC output will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity. To ensure continuous power for critical applications (e.g., medical refrigerators), set the AC timeout interval to "Never" in the EcoFlow App and regularly check the battery level.
Via DC Output (Car Charger Port): Press the DC output button once to turn the DC output on/off. Ensure the device's startup current requirements are met by the DC output; otherwise, it may not start correctly.
Charging the Power Station
From a Wall Outlet
Connect the power station's AC input to a wall outlet using the provided AC charging cable.
Maximum AC Input Power:
- Power Station: 380 W
- Power Station + Extra Battery: 650 W
It is recommended to use a wall outlet with a capacity of more than 10 A and ensure the outlet's operating current is consistently above 10 A. Use the provided AC charging cable and plug it directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord.
From Solar Panels
Connect the power station's solar input to solar panels using a solar charging cable. The solar charging cable (Solar to XT60i charging cable) and solar panel are not included. If using an EcoFlow solar panel, follow the instructions in its manual. Ensure the panel's output voltage is below 55 V before connecting to prevent damage.
From a Car's Cigarette Lighter
Connect the power station's car input to your vehicle's cigarette lighter port using the provided car charging cable. To avoid startup issues due to a weak car battery, start the vehicle before beginning the charging process. Ensure the car charging cable is securely inserted into the cigarette lighter.

X-Boost: Powering High-Wattage Appliances
The AC outlets support X-Boost, allowing you to power devices with a rated power of up to 1200 W (900 W in the JP version) without operational failures due to overload protection.
How to Use:
- X-Boost mode is enabled by default. Connect high-wattage appliances to an AC output to use this feature.
- X-Boost can be enabled/disabled in the EcoFlow App.
- X-Boost is unavailable when the power station is in bypass mode (connected directly to the grid via AC input and supplying power to devices via AC output, receiving power directly from the grid).
Which Devices Support X-Boost?
X-Boost is suitable for heaters and motor-driven appliances. It is not recommended for devices with voltage protection (e.g., precision instruments). Perform your own tests to verify compatibility.
Backup for Important Devices
Basic Setup: A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides continuous emergency power during a power outage. You can use the power station as a UPS for essential household appliances. The power station functions as a standby UPS with a switchover time of 10 ms. In case of a power failure, it automatically switches to battery power.
How to Use:
- Connect the power station to the mains via a wall outlet.
- Connect all devices (total power < 600 W) to the AC outlets to ensure they receive power during an outage.
Advanced Setup: The power station can communicate with a computer or NAS device to monitor its status and configure UPS settings.
How to Establish Communication:
- Download the Power Manager installation package from EcoFlow Support.
- Install the software on your computer or NAS.
- After completing the basic UPS setup, connect the power station's USB-B communication port to the computer's or NAS's USB-A port using the provided USB-B to USB-A communication cable.
- Launch the software to proceed.
