Safety Instructions

Read all instructions carefully before using the product and keep them for future reference.

• Do not immerse in water.
• Unsuitable for use by children under the age of 3 due to small parts which may cause choking.
• We recommend that children aged 3-7 are supervised by an adult whilst using the product; prolonged use is not advised.
• The device may become warm while charging.
• Set volume to low before turning on sound.
• Long-term exposure to loud noise may cause damage to eardrums or loss of hearing.

• This product is not a toy.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the microphone.
• Do not place product in or near fire to avoid danger, as it uses a lithium battery.
• Avoid storage at extreme temperatures, this can shorten the battery life and may affect the microphone.
• Keep the microphone dry and do not store the microphone in damp areas to avoid damage to the microphone.
• Avoid dropping the microphone as it may cause damage to the product.

Pairing with Bluetooth Devices

Ensure the Bluetooth function is turned on in your Bluetooth-enabled device's settings. You must pair the microphone with a Bluetooth-enabled device before it can be used wirelessly. Pairing is only required once per device; it will automatically reconnect when turned on nearby. If multiple devices are available, the last paired device will reconnect.

First Time Use / Pair to New Device

1. On your Bluetooth device, go to "Settings" -> "Bluetooth" and turn on Bluetooth.
2. Turn the microphone on by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. The LED light will flash to indicate pairing mode.
3. "OTL MIC" will appear on your Bluetooth device list. Select it to establish pairing.
4. When pairing is successful, the microphone will beep.

To pair with a new device, disconnect from the original device and repeat steps 1-5.

How to Record

1. Connect the microphone to a smartphone*, audio device, or laptop using the included Audio/recording cable.
2. Open your recording app and start recording.

*Note: Some smartphones may require a separate adapter for the 3.5mm jack cable (not provided).

Charging the Microphone

• Charge the microphone before first use.
• When the battery is low, charge using the included USB cable. Charging time is approximately 2 hours, providing up to 6 hours of continuous operation.
• The indicator light is red during charging and turns off when fully charged.
• The microphone turns off automatically when the battery is low.

Troubleshooting

• If an error occurs, turn the microphone off and then on again.
• Low battery may affect Bluetooth range; charge the microphone to avoid disruptions.

Product Guarantee and Warranty Information

Warranty

This product is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. For warranty service, return the product to the retailer where it was purchased. The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of purchase in the UK, and 24 months from the date of purchase in the EU.

Warranty Conditions

1. Warranty is valid only if the original invoice or sales slip is produced and the product's serial number is intact.
2. Manufacturer's obligations are limited to repair or replacement at their discretion.
3. Warranty repairs must be carried out by an authorized dealer or service center. Repairs by non-authorized parties are not covered.
4. This warranty does not cover adaptations required to conform to local/national technical or safety standards in countries other than the original design.
5. This warranty does not cover:
• Maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Costs related to transport, removal, or installation.
• Misuse or incorrect installation.
• Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of God, war, or public disturbances.
6. This warranty is valid for the legal acquirer of the product during the warranty period.
7. Consumer's statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.

Information on Disposal

[WEEE symbol: Do not dispose of with household waste]. Used electrical and electronic products should be taken to designated collection points for proper treatment, recovery, and recycling. Contact your local authority for details of the nearest collection point.
