Welcome to your new Woltu office chair. Please read these instructions carefully and use the product as described to ensure proper assembly and safe usage. If you are passing this product on to a third party, please include all necessary instructions.

This product is designed for indoor use only and is intended for one person to sit on at a time.

Assembly Preparation & Notes

• Before assembly, verify that all parts and accessories are present and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer service immediately.
• To prevent scratches and damage to your floor during assembly, place a soft mat or carpet underneath the parts.
• The gas lift cylinder should not be heated or forcibly disassembled. Any replacement or repair of the gas lift should be performed under the guidance of a professional.
• Before installing the gas lift, ensure you remove the protective plastic cap from its top.
• Use the chair on a flat, level surface. Avoid sitting on the edge of the seat to prevent tilting.
• Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or place it near sharp objects that could cause damage.
• Ensure all screws and components are securely fastened before use. If any parts become loose during use, re-tighten them promptly.

Product Care & Maintenance

• For PU (polyurethane) seat surfaces, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild neutral detergent.
• For linen or velvet seat surfaces, use a dry sponge with a mild neutral detergent.
• Velvet surfaces may exhibit color variations due to the direction of the pile. To achieve a uniform visual effect, smooth the velvet in a single direction.

Safety Warnings

⚠️ Keep children away during assembly to prevent accidental swallowing of small parts.

⚠️ Keep packaging materials (e.g., non-woven fabrics, plastic bags, bubble bags) out of reach of children, especially infants, as they can pose suffocation hazards.

This product is for sitting only. Do not stand on the seat or use it as a ladder.

Maximum weight capacity: 120 kg (approximately 265 lbs).

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Woltu BS119rs office chair:

Step 1: Assemble the Base

Attach the five casters (D) to the five-star base.

Step 2: Install the Gas Lift

Insert the gas lift cylinder (1) into the center hole of the assembled five-star base. Ensure the protective cap is removed from the gas lift before insertion.

Step 3: Attach the Seat Mechanism to the Seat Cushion

Align the seat mechanism (2) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion (4). Secure it using two screws (A) and the provided Allen key (C). Ensure the mechanism is oriented correctly (refer to markings for front/back if present).

Step 4: Connect the Seat Assembly to the Gas Lift

Carefully lower the assembled seat (mechanism + cushion) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. The weight of the user will secure it in place.

Step 5: Attach the Chair Back

Align the chair back (3) with the mounting points on the rear of the seat mechanism. Secure it using two screws (B).

Step 6: Final Adjustments

Your chair is now assembled. You can adjust the height by pulling the lever under the seat and applying your weight. The chair can swivel 360 degrees.
