Thank you for purchasing our product. Before using this unit, please read this manual.
Assembly Instructions
Prior to assembly, please read all instructions and information carefully. The hotbed must be anchored to its base to prevent damage. The base is not included and must be built separately. Check that you have all necessary parts. Please mind your own safety.
Safety Precautions:
- Assembly requires 2-3 persons.
- Use protective clothing and gloves as some parts may be sharp.
- Keep children and pets away from the working area during assembly.
- Do not stand on the roof with your full weight.
- For increased strength and durability, it is recommended to seal the transition between the construction and polycarbonate panels with silicone (silicone is not included).
Care and Maintenance
- Clean the hotbed using a cloth and water.
- In case of snowfall, regularly remove snow from the roof.
Tools Required
A selection of common tools is needed for assembly, including but not limited to: a wrench, screwdriver, hammer, measuring tape, spirit level, pliers, saw, and a drill.

Installation Steps
Step 1
Assemble the base frame. Connect parts Nh-C1, Nh-C2, Nh-A3, and Nh-A4 using C13 connectors as shown in diagrams I, II, III, and IV. Ensure parts are oriented correctly.

Step 2
Construct the main body of the hotbed. Attach parts Nh-C5, Nh-C6, Nh-C15, Nh-C16, and Nh-C16a to form the side walls and base structure, using connectors labeled '1' and '2' as indicated.

Step 3
Add structural support to the main frame. Install parts Nh-C7, Nh-C8, and Nh-C6 into the main frame using connectors labeled '1'. Attach C13a screws as shown.

Step 4
Prepare the roof structure. Connect roof support parts Nh-C9, Nh-C11, and Nh-C17 using C13 connectors. This step is marked for repetition 'x4'.

Step 5
Finalize the roof and attach it to the main body. Connect parts Nh-C9, Nh-C10, and Nh-A12 to the roof structure and then attach the roof assembly to the main hotbed frame as shown in diagrams I and II.

Important Notes
On the bottom side, do not tighten bolts and nuts until polycarbonate panels are fully inserted into the aluminium channels.
