The control panel features a display screen and several buttons arranged in a logical layout. Key elements include:

  • A numeric keypad (0-9, *, #)
  • Navigation buttons (Left/Right arrows, OK, Back)
  • Function buttons (ID Copy, Contrast, Scale, Information, Wireless, Fax, Copy, Scan, Menu, Cancel, Start)

1 ID Copy button
Initiates an ID copy function.
2 Contrast button
Adjusts the contrast of the display.

Control panel light patterns

Light Pattern Description Meaning
Solid light Ready Printer is ready to operate.
Blinking green light Initializing or processing Printer is starting up or performing an operation.
Blinking orange light Paper jam or out of paper Indicates a paper feed issue. ⚠️

Printer operating environment guidelines

Guideline Description
