This compact oven is ideal for bars, concession businesses, or restaurants with limited space. Each of the two independent chambers allows for cooking different items or pizzas at up to three different temperatures simultaneously. The digital controls and 99-minute timers with audible alarms provide precise cooking. The 150-840 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range offers great versatility.
Each oven cavity features a 1/2" cordierite stone deck and large heating elements for even cooking. Heavy-duty, spring-loaded swing-down doors with windows and insulated stainless steel handles with Bakelite knobs ensure easy access and safe operation. The oven body is fully insulated to maintain consistent interior temperatures and cool exterior temperatures. The unit comes with 4" adjustable bullet feet and a stacking kit for vertical setup.
For optimal results, Avantco recommends this oven for thin-crust pizzas cooked at 550 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes, ensuring a well-cooked crust with even leoparding.
Note: This oven requires two 120V electrical connections, with a total output of 3200W (1700W each).
