Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below, before installing and using this appliance for the first time.

Safety regulations

· This appliance is intended for commercial use only.

· Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for as described in this

manual.

· The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and

improper use.

· Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. In the event

the appliance falls into water, immediately remove the power plug from the socket. Do

not use the appliance until it has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow

these instructions will cause life threatening risks.

· Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance by yourself.

· Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.

· Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.

· DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself,

repairs are only to be conducted by qualified personnel.

· Never use a damaged appliance! When it's damaged, disconnect the appliance from the

socket and contact the retailer.

· WARNING! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.

· Never hold the appliance under running water.

· Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. When damaged it must be

replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger or injury.

· Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away

from open fire. Never pull the power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the

plug instead.

· Make sure that the power cord and/or extension cord do not cause a trip hazard.

· Never leave the appliance unattended during use.

· WARNING! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power

source.

· Turn off the appliance before unplugging it from the socket.

· Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical socket so that in case of emergency

the appliance can be unplugged immediately.

· Never carry the appliance by the cord.

· Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied together with the appliance.

· Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned

on the appliance label.

· Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do

so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original

parts and accessories. · This appliance should not be operated by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or persons that have a lack of experience and knowledge. · This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used by children. · Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children. · WARNING: ALWAYS switch off the appliance and unplug from power socket before clean-
ing, maintenance or storage. Special safety regulations · This appliance is only intended for cooking food. Any other use might lead to damage of
the appliance or personal injury. · CAUTION! DANGER OF BURNS! The temperature of accessible surfaces & door of
the appliance get very hot during use. Touch the appliance only with its handle & knobs. · Allow at least 15cm spacings for ventilation purposes during use. · This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system. · Place the appliance on a heat resistant surface only. · Do not place any objects on top of the appliance and cover the appliance during use. · Do not use this appliance for cooking food or liquids in a closed container as it may lead
to explosion. · Do not cover the smoke vent at the rear side of the appliance. EN · Keep the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Protect the appliance
against heat, dust, direct sunlight, moisture, dripping and splashing water. · Do not pour out the water towards the glass door, or the door may break during operation. · Do not place articles on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open sources of
fire (e.g. candles) on top or beside the appliance. Do not place objects filled with water (e.g. vases) on or near the appliance. · An equipotential bonding terminal is provided to allow cross bonding with other
equipment. · Mind that surfaces of the oven may become very hot during use. Do not touch these
surfaces. · Never cover the oven during use. This causes a fire hazard. · Do not use metal scouring pads. Parts of these may break off, and cause an electrical
hazard in the oven. · Do not use the oven to prepare food or liquids in a closed container as the container may
explode.

Intended use · The appliance is intended for professional use. · Heating elements may be hot even though they
are not glowing. Interior surfaces of an oven become hot enough to cause burns. External parts of the oven such as the door glass, vents, and the control panel can become hot. During and after use, do not touch, or let clothing or other flam-

mable materials come into contact with heating elements or interior surfaces of the oven until they have had sufficient time to cool. · Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is fitted with a power cord that has a grounding wire and grounded plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before using for the first time · Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
Make sure no packaging debris remain on or inside the appliance. · Check for completeness (4 trays and 1 tray handle included) and any transport damage. In case of damages or incomplete delivery, please contact supplier (See --- > Warranty page). · Keep the packaging for storing your appliance when not in use for an extended period of time. · Place all the trays & the tray handle inside. · Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical wall outlet. · Select the following settings consecutively.

are all lights up.

NOTE: Due to the manufacturing residues, the ap-

pliance may emit a slight odor. This is normal and

does not indicate and defect or hazard. Make sure

the appliance is well ventilated.

· When the set time ends, the appliance tempera-

ture and timer indicators goes off.

· Allow the appliance to cool down completely and

clean it afterwards (See ---> Cleaning and main-

tenance).

Operation 1). Preparation: · Open the glass door using the door handle. · Insert the trays in a proper position. · Place the food on the trays and close the door. · Ensure there is enough space between the food
for the heat to be evenly distributed. · Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical EN outlet.

NOTE: · Do not overload the tray to avoid any damage.
· Check the recipe first for the Timer & Temperature setting.
ATTENTION: Do not use this trays for storage and processing of acidic, alkaline or salty food.

2). Start cooking · Set the 2 controls: Timer control and the Temp
control to the desired settings. The Timer control indicator , Temp control indicator and internal light of the appliance are all lights up. The appliance start heating up. NOTE: The ideal cooking time depends on food type and size, as well as the selected settings. Some types of food may get burned, if they are baked, roasted or grilled too long. Therefore, check the food for doneness in regular intervals through the glass door. · When the set time ends, the temperature & timer indicator goes off. · To terminate the cooking process manually, just set the Timer control to the "0".

· After cooking, set the Temp control to the "0°C". · Open the glass door using the door handle and
remove the food. Caution! Risk of burns! · Always open the glass door using the door han-
dle. · To remove the food, use the tray handle (supplied)
and/or oven mittens (not supplied). Make sure not to touch and damage the heating elements. · Keep hands away from steam exiting the appliance. · After use, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet. · Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning and storing.

3). Timer control · A cooking time of maximum 120 minutes can be
set. For this purpose, set the Timer control to the desired time. The cooking time can be increased or decreased at any time during operation. NOTE: To set time with higher precision, first turn the Timer control over the desired time position a little, then return back to the desired time position.

· When the set time ends, the Timer control & the Temp control indicator lights go off and a sound will be heard.

4). Temp control · A cooking temperature of maximum MAX (300°C)
can be set. For this purpose, set the Temp control to the desired temperature. · Similarly, the cooking temperature can be increased or decreased at any time during operation. NOTE: When the temperature reaches the desired setting, the Temp control indicator will go off. If the temperature drops, the Temp control indicator will light on again. This process will be repeated automatically. NOTE: Please note that there is a safety thermal cut out device for protection located at the lower rear side of the appliance with a protective

cap (See ---> RESET with the SAFETY CUT-OUT ). This is to prevent the appliance from getting too high and turn off automatically.
Tips for cooking · Check the recipe first for the Timer control and
Temp control setting. · Ensure there is enough space between the food
for the heat to be evenly distributed. · Cooked food and parts of the appliance get very
hot for some time after cooking. Do not touch them with bare hands while in use or shortly after use.

RESET with the SAFETY CUT-OUT Please note that there is a SAFETY CUT-OUT device for protection located at the lower rear side of the appliance with a protective cap. This is to turn off the appliance automatically when the temperature is too high. · Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet
first.

· Allow the appliance to completely cool down. · Unscrew (tool not supplied) the black protective
cap of the "SAFETY CUT-OUT". · Push the button to RE-SET the overload circuit.
You should hear a click sound. · Screw back the protective cap on the "SAFETY
CUT-OUT" button.

Cleaning and Maintenance Warning! · Always disconnect the appliance and open the
door to allow it to cool down completely before cleaning. · Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel wool or metallic utensils to clean the interior or exterior parts of the appliance. · Avoid the use of sprays as this may damage the appliance's surface.

· The appliance should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed.
· Wipe out any remaining oil or fat. · NOTE: The trays holder on two sides can be un-
screwed (tools not supplied) to detach for cleaning.

· Das Gerät ist mit einem Verbinder für den Anschluss einer externen Ausgleichslei tung ausgerüstet, welche den Potentialausgleich gewährleistet.
· Im Ofen sollte man ausschließlich nur vom Hersteller genehmigte Geräte verwenden. · Denken Sie daran, dass sich während des Betriebes die Oberflächen des Ofens bis zu
einer hohen Temperatur erhitzen können. Diese heißen Flächen dürfen nicht berührt werden. · Im Betriebszustand darf das Gerät nicht zugedeckt werden, da sonst Brandgefahr besteht. · Verwenden Sie keine Metallschwämme zum Reinigen. Die Elemente der Schwämme können sich losreißen und die Gefahr eines elektrischen Stromschlags im Backofen hervorrufen. · Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht zum Zubereiten von Speisen oder Getränken in geschlossenen Behältnissen, denn es besteht Explosionsgefahr für das Behältnis.

Verwendungszweck · Das Gerät ist für den professionellen Einsatz ge-
eignet. · Die Heizelemente des Ofens können heiß sein,
obwohl ein Glühen nicht erkennbar ist. Die Innenflächen des Ofens können in einem Maße heiß werden, dass sie Verbrennungen verursachen. Äußere Teile des Ofens, wie z. B. das TürDE glas, die Lüftungsöffnungen und das Bedienfeld, können ebenfalls heiß werden. Während und nach dem Gebrauch dürfen Sie sie nicht berüh-

ren und müssen darauf achten, dass keine Kleidung oder anderen brennbaren Materialien mit den Heizelementen oder den Innenflächen des Ofens in Berührung kommen, bis genügend Zeit zum Abkühlen verstrichen ist. · Jede andere Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Benutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die unsachgemäße Nutzung des Gerätes.

Erdungsinstallation Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss mit einer Schutzerde verbunden werden. Die Erdung reduziert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags, indem ein Fluchtkabel für den elektrischen Strom bereitgestellt wird. Dieses Gerät ist

mit einem Netzkabel mit einem Erdungskabel und einem geerdeten Stecker ausgestattet. Der Stecker muss in eine Steckdose gesteckt werden, die ordnungsgemäß installiert und geerdet ist.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch · Die Verpackung und die Schutzeinrichtungen
sind abzunehmen und zu entfernen. Überzeugen Sie sich, ob sich auf oder im Gerät noch Teile der Verpackung befinden. · Das Gerät ist auf Vollständigkeit (4 Bleche und eine Halterung für die Bleche) sowie auf eventuelle Transportschäden zu prüfen. Bei Beschädigungen bzw. Unvollständigkeit der Lieferung muss man sich mit dem Lieferanten in Verbindung setzen (Siehe --> Garantie). · Die Verpackung ist für die Lagerung des Gerätes aufzubewahren, und zwar besonders dann, wenn es über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht verwendet wird. · Legen Sie die Halterung und die Bleche in den Ofen. · Der Stecker ist an eine entsprechende Wandsteckdose anzuschließen. · Nehmen Sie nacheinander die folgenden Einstellungen vor:

HINWEIS: In Bezug auf die Rückstände aus dem Produktionsprozess kann aus dem Gerät ein unangenehmer Geruch entweichen. Das ist normal und zeugt weder von einer Beschädigung des Ofens noch besteht eine Gefahr für den Nutzer. Es ist zu prüfen, ob das Gerät gut belüftet wird. · Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit gehen die
Kontrolllampen für die Temperatur und den Timer aus. · Vor dem Reinigen muss man das Gerät völlig abkühlen lassen (Siehe ---> Reinigung und Wartung).

HINWEIS: · Auf die Bleche dürfen nicht zu viel Lebensmittel gebracht werden, um einer Beschädigung des Bleches vorzubeugen.
· Vor dem Einstellen des Timers und der Temperatur sind die entsprechenden Vorschriften zu prüfen.
ACHTUNG: Verwenden Sie diese Bleche nicht zur Lagerung oder Verarbeitung von säurehaltigen, alkalischen oder salzigen Lebensmitteln.

2). Beginn des Kochens · Stellen Sie die 2 Drehknöpfe ein: den Drehknopf
für die Temperatur und den Drehknopf für den Timer auf den erforderlichen Wert ein. Die Zeitsteuerungsanzeige , die Temperatursteuerungsanzeige und die Innenbeleuchtung des Gerätes leuchten allesamt auf. Das Gerät beginnt sich zu erhitzen. HINWEIS: Die Kochzeit hängt von der Art der Lebensmittel und der Größe der Portionen sowie DE auch von den gewählten Einstellungen ab. Einige Lebensmittelarten können anbrennen, wenn sie zu lange gebacken oder gegrillt werden. Deshalb muss man regelmäßig durch die Glastür den Grad des Kochens/Zubereitung der Speise prüfen. · Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit gehen die Kontrolllampen für die Temperatur und den Timer aus. · Um den Kochprozess zu beenden, reicht es aus, wenn man den Drehknopf für den Timer auf ,,0" stellt.

· Nach dem Beenden des Kochens ist der Drehknopf für die Temperatur auf ,,0°C" einzustellen.
· Mit dem Griff wird die Glastür geöffnet und die Lebensmittel herausgenommen
Achtung! Verbrennungsgefahr! · Die Glastür ist immer mit dem Griff zu öffnen. · Um die Lebensmittel herauszunehmen, ver-
schiebt man die Halterung für die Bleche (im Liefersatz) und/oder man verwendet Küchenhandschuhe. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Heizelemente nicht berührt und nicht beschädigt werden. · Halten Sie die Hände fern von dem Dampf, der aus dem Gerät entweicht. · Nach dem Gebrauch des Gerätes ist der Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. · Vor dem Reinigen und Anbringen des Gerätes muss man abwarten, bis es völlig abgekühlt ist.

3). Einstellen des Timers · Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die maximale Koch-
zeit von bis zu 120 Minuten einzustellen. Der Drehknopf für den Timer ist auf den geforderten Wert einzustellen. Die Kochzeit kann man während der Betriebszeit des Gerätes beliebig erhöhen oder verringern HINWEIS: Für eine sehr präzise Zeiteinstellung muss man zuerst den Drehknopf für den Timer

verdrehen und eine etwas längere Zeit einstellen bzw. dann den Timer zurück auf die geforderte Zeit stellen. · Wenn die eingestellte Zeit dem Ende zugeht, dann erlöschen die Kontrolllampe für die Temperatur , die Kontrolllampe für den Timer und es ist ein Signalton zu hören.

4). Einstellung der Temperatur · Die maximale Kochtemperatur beträgt 300°C.
Der Drehknopf für die Temperatur ist auf den geforderten Wert einzustellen. · Ähnlich kann man die Kochtemperatur während des Betriebes des Gerätes beliebig erhöhen oder verringern. HINWEIS: Sobald die Temperatur die gewünschte Einstellung erreicht hat, erlischt die Temperatursteuerungsanzeige . Fällt die Temperatur, leuchtet die Temperatursteuerungsanzeige erneut auf. Dieser Prozess wird automatisch wiederholt. HINWEIS: Man muss auch daran denken, dass sich im unteren Teil hinten am Gerät der thermische Sicherheitsschalter mit einer Schutzlasche befindet (Siehe ----> RESET mit Hilfe des SICHERHEITSSCHALTERS). Er dient zum Schutz vor Überhitzen des Gerätes und schaltet es automatisch aus.

Hinweise beim Kochen · Vor dem Einstellen des Timers und der Tempe-
ratur ist die entsprechende Vorschrift zu überprüfen. · Überzeugen Sie sich, ob zwischen den einzelnen zu erhitzenden Speisen genügend Raum besteht, um eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung zu gewährleisten. · Die gekochten Lebensmittel sowie Teile des Gerätes bleiben auch noch für eine bestimmte Zeit sehr heiß. Die Speisen und das Gerät dürfen während und nach dem Gebrauch des Gerätes mit bloßen Händen nicht berührt werden.

RESET mit Hilfe des SICHERHEITSSCHALTERS Man muss auch daran denken, dass sich im unteren Teil hinten am Gerät der SICHERHEITSSCHALTER mit einer Schutzlasche befindet. Er schaltet das Gerät automatisch aus, wenn es einen zu hohen Temperaturwert erreicht. · Zuerst muss man das Gerät von der Stromquelle

Reinigung und Wartung Warnung! · Vor dem Reinigen muss man immer das Gerät

Bedoeld gebruik · Het apparaat is bestemd voor professioneel ge-
bruik. · De verwarmingselementen kunnen heet zijn,
zelfs als deze niet gloeien. De binnenzijden van een oven worden heet genoeg om brandwonden te veroorzaken. De externe onderdelen van de oven, zoals het deurglas, de ventilatieopeningen en het bedieningspaneel, kunnen heet worden. Raak de verwarmingselementen of binnenzijden

van de oven tijdens en na gebruik niet aan, en laat er geen kleding of andere ontvlambare materialen mee in contact komen, totdat deze voldoende tijd hebben gehad om af te koelen. · Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.

Aarding installatie Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet op een beschermende grond worden aangesloten. Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom aan te bieden. Dit ap-

paraat is uitgerust met een netsnoer met een aardingsdraad en geaarde stekker. De stekker moet worden aangesloten op een stopcontact dat correct is geïnstalleerd en geaard.

Voorbereidingen voor het eerste gebruik · Pak het apparaat voorzichtig uit en verwijder al
het verpakkingsmateriaal. Zorg ervoor dat er geen vuil van de verpakking achterblijft op of in het apparaat. · Controleer of er geen onderdelen ontbreken (4 NL roosters en 1 handvat voor roosters inbegrepen) en controleer op eventuele transportschade. Neem in het geval van ontbrekende onderdelen of transportschade contact op met uw leverancier (Zie --- > Garantiepagina). · Bewaar de verpakking voor het opbergen van uw apparaat wanneer het niet wordt gebruikt voor een lange periode. · Plaats alle rekken & de rekhandel in de oven. · Sluit de stekker aan op een geschikt stopcontact. · Select de volgende instellingen achtereenvolgens.

· Het indicatielampje van de temperatuurknop , timerknop en het interne lampje van het apparaat lichten allemaal op.
OPMERKING: Door de fabricageresten kan het apparaat een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en duidt niet op een defect of gevaar. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat goed wordt geventileerd. · Nadat de ingestelde tijd is verstreken, zullen het
indicatielampje van de temperatuurknop en timerknop uitschakelen. · Laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen en reinig het daarna (Zie ---> Reinigen en onderhoud).

Bediening 1). Voorbereiding: · Open de glazen deur met behulp van het handvat. · Plaats de roosters op een geschikte positie. · Plaats het voedsel op de roosters en sluit de deur. · Zorg dat er voldoende ruimte is tussen het voed-
sel om de warmte gelijkmatig te verdelen. · Sluit de stekker aan op een geschikt stopcontact.
2). Het bereiden starten · Stel de 2 knoppen, de timerknop en de tempe-
ratuurknop, in op de gewenste instellingen. De Timerindicator , Temperatuurindicator en interne lamp van het apparaat lichten allemaal op. Het apparaat begint op te warmen. Opmerking: De ideale bereidingstijd is afhankelijk van het soort en de grootte van het voedsel, alsmede van de geselecteerde instellingen. Sommige soorten voedsel kunnen aanbranden als ze te lang worden gebakken, geroosterd of gegrild. U moet daarom regelmatig door de glazen deur controleren of het bereidingsproces van het voedsel is voltooid. · Nadat de ingestelde tijd is verstreken, zullen het indicatielampje van de temperatuurknop en timerknop uitschakelen. · Als u het bereidingsproces handmatig wilt beëindigen, zet de timerknop dan in de stand "0".

OPMERKING: · Overbelast het rooster niet om schade te voorkomen.
· Controleer de instelling van de timer & temperatuur eerst in het recept.
LET OP: Gebruik deze trays niet voor opslag en verwerking van zure, alkalische of zoutige gerechten.

· Zet de temperatuurknop in de stand "0°C" nadat het bereidingsproces is voltooid.
· Open de glazen deur met behulp van het handvat en haal het voedsel uit de oven.
Voorzichtig! Gevaar voor brandwonden! · Open de glazen deur altijd met behulp van het
handvat. · Als u het voedsel uit de oven wilt halen, gebruik
dan het handvat voor de roosters (meegeleverd) en/of ovenhandschoenen (niet meegeleverd). Zorg ervoor dat u de verwarmingselementen niet aanraakt en/of beschadigd. · Houd uw handen uit de buurt van het stoom dat uit de oven komt. · Trek de stekker na gebruik uit het stopcontact. · Laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen voordat u het reinigt en opbergt.

3). Timerknop · Er kan een bereidingstijd tot maximaal 120 mi-
nuten worden ingesteld. Dit doet u door de timerknop in te stellen op de gewenste tijd. De bereidingstijd kan tijdens gebruik op elk gewenst moment worden verhoogd of verlaagd.

OPMERKING: Om de tijd zo nauwkeurig mogelijk in te stellen moet u de timerknop eerst iets verder dan de gewenste stand draaien en de knop daarna terugdraaien naar de gewenste stand. · Nadat de ingestelde tijd is verstreken zullen de
indicatielampjes van de timerknop & de temperatuurknop uitschakelen en zal er een geluid klinken.

4). Temperatuurknop · Er kan een bereidingstemperatuur van maximaal
MAX (300°C) worden ingesteld. Dit doet u door de temperatuurknop in te stellen op de gewenste temperatuur. · De bereidingstemperatuur kan, net als de bereidingstijd, tijdens gebruik op elk gewenst moment worden verhoogd of verlaagd. OPMERKING: Wanneer de temperatuur de gewenste instelling bereikt, zal de Temperatuurindicator uitschakelen. Als de temperatuur verlaagt, dan zal de Temperatuurindicator weer oplichten. Dit proces zal zichzelf automatisch herhalen. NL OPMERKING: er zit een thermische veiligheidsonderbreking met een beschermkap onderaan op de achterkant van het apparaat (zie ---> RE-

SET met de VEILIGHEIDSONDERBREKING). Deze onderbreking voorkomt dat de temperatuur in het apparaat te hoog kan worden en zorgt ervoor dat het apparaat automatisch uitschakelt.
Tips voor bereiden voedsel · Controleer de instelling van de timer & tempera-
tuur eerst in het recept. · Zorg dat er voldoende ruimte is tussen het voed-
sel om de warmte gelijkmatig te verdelen. · Voedsel en onderdelen van het apparaat worden
erg heet tijdens het bereiden van het voedsel en blijven ook na het bereiden van het voedsel enige tijd heet. Raak het voedsel en de onderdelen tijdens gebruik of kort na gebruik niet aan met uw blote handen.

2). Début de la cuisson · Réglez 2 boutons : le bouton de la température
et le bouton de la minuterie à la valeur désirée. L'indicateur de contrôle de la minuterie , l'indicateur de contrôle de température et la lumière interne de l'appareil sont toutes allumées. L'appareil commence à chauffer. ATTENTION: Le temps de cuisson dépend du type et de la quantité d'aliments ainsi que des paramètres choisis. Certains types d'aliments peuvent brûler s'ils sont cuits ou grillés trop longtemps. Donc, il faut vérifier régulièrement à travers la porte en verre le degré de cuisson / préparation de la nourriture. · Après le temps réglé, les voyants de la température et de la minuterie s'éteignent. · Pour terminer manuellement la cuisson, réglez tout simplement le bouton de la minuterie à ,,0". · Après la cuisson réglez le bouton de la tempéra-

3). Réglage de la minuterie · Le temps maximal de cuisson est de 120 minutes.
Réglez le bouton de la Minuterie à la valeur désirée. Le temps de cuisson peut être augmenté ou réduit lors du fonctionnement de l'appareil. ATTENTION: Pour un réglage plus précis, d'abord tournez le bouton de la Minuterie pour régler le

temps un peu plus long, puis retournez la minuterie en réglant le temps nécessaire. · Lorsque le temps réglé est terminé, le voyant de la température et le voyant de la minuterie s'éteignent et vous allez entendre un signal sonore.

4). Réglage de la température · La température maximale de cuisson est de
300°C. Réglez le bouton de la température à la valeur désirée. · De même la température de cuisson peut être augmentée ou réduite lors du fonctionnement de l'appareil. ATTENTION: Lorsque la température atteint le réglage désiré, l'indicateur de contrôle de température s'éteint. Si la température baisse, l'indicateur de contrôle de température s'allumera à nouveau. pozadovaný cas a teplotu. UPOZORNNÍ: nepouzívejte pekaské plechy pro skladování a zpracování kyselých, alkalických nebo slaných jídel.

2) Zacátek vaení · Nastavte dva ovládací prvky: Cas a Teplotu na
pozadované hodnoty. Rozsvítí se kontrolka Casu , Teploty a svtlo uvnit zaízení. Spotebic
zacne s ohevem. Poznámka: Ideální doba pecení závisí na typu a velikosti potravin. Nkteré druhy potravin se mohou spálit, pokud jsou pipravované pílis dlouho. Proto pravideln potraviny kontrolujte pes sklenné dvee. · Po uplynutí nastaveného casu kontrolky casu a teploty zhasnou. · Chcete-li pecení ukoncit rucn, nastavte cas na pozici "0". · Po ukoncení pecení nastavte Teplotu do pozice "0".

· Otevete sklenné dvee pomocí madla a vyjmte potraviny.
Pozor! Nebezpecí popálení! · Prosklené dvee vzdy otevírejte pomocí madla
dveí. · K vyjmutí pekaských plech pouzijte rukoje

minut. Za tímto úcelem nastavíme cas na pozadovanou dobu. Dobu mzeme kdykoliv prodlouzit nebo zkrátit.

POZNÁMKA: Chcete-li nastavit cas co nejpesnji, otocte knoflíkem pro nastavení casu na vtsí hodnotu a poté jej vrate na pozadovanou dobu pecení · Po uplynutí nastaveného casu kontrolky casu
a teploty zhasnou a uslysíte zvuk oznamující ukoncení pecení.

4). Nastavení teploty · Teplotu pecení lze nastavit maximáln na 300
stup C. Za tímto úcelem nastavíme pozadovanou teplotu. Teplotu mzeme zvýsit nebo snízit bhem pecení..
POZNÁMKA: Jakmile teplota dosáhne pozadované hodnoty, kontrolka teploty zhasne a topná tlesa se vypnou. Pokud teplota poklesne pod pozadovanou hodnotu, tlesa se opt zapnout a kontrolka teploty se rozsvítí. Tento proces se bude pravideln opakovat
POZNÁMKA: Vezmte prosím na vdomí, ze se na zadní stran zaízení nachází tepelná pojistka s

ochranou krytkou (viz RESET - tepelná pojistka). Pojistka zabrání pehátí zaízení v pípad, ze teplota stoupne pílis vysoko.
