User Interface Overview

Familiarize yourself with the boiler's control panel indicators and navigation buttons:

Getting Started with Commissioning

This guide offers a step-by-step approach to commissioning the product using the control panel. Default parameters are highlighted for each step. For advanced setup or internet connectivity, ViGuide, the mobile application, is recommended. Connecting to the internet for ViGuide monitoring or integrating Viessmann ViCare Thermostat or Vitotrol 100-E requires using ViGuide.

Commissioning Steps

Follow these steps to commission your Viessmann boiler:

1. Access Point AP: Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to start commissioning.
2. C.1 Filling programme: Configure the diverter valve position for filling.
3. C.2 Venting programme: Manage the pump operation for venting.
4. C.3 Gas Type: Select the appropriate gas type (natural gas or liquid gas).
5. C.5 Flue System Type: Specify the room air dependency or sealed system type.
6. C.6 Flue System Length: Adjust the flue length, factoring in bends.
7. C.7 Operating Mode: Choose the desired operating mode (e.g., time program, weather compensation, constant operation).
8. C.8 Hydraulic/System Scheme: Define the system configuration, including cylinder sensor or demand box.
9. C.9 Activating Switch Live with Weather Compensation: Enable weather compensation if applicable.
10. C.10 EM-EA1 settings: Configure advanced settings or refer to the manual.
11. C.11 Date: Set the current date.
12. C.12 Time: Set the current time.
13. C.13 Summer/ Winter Time changeover: Configure automatic time changes.
14. C.14 Plug 96 additional options: Adjust further settings as needed.
15. C.15 Vitotrol 200-E: Activate the Vitotrol 200-E if using weather compensation.

Upon completion, the boiler will restart after a flue gas sensor check, indicating it is ready for operation.
