Guide to Foolproof Ultrasonic Training
TIP 1: Timing is crucial.
Use the ultrasonic trainer at the exact moment your dog is about to do or is doing something inappropriate.

How to use strobe
When the flashlight is on, short press the ultrasonic enhancement button to emit ultrasonic waves plus the strobe light. The green light will be on during emission, and vibration will be triggered. Protection mode activates after a 10-second long press, with a continuously flashing yellow light and the device stopping vibration. Protection mode deactivates 5 seconds after releasing the button.
Training Tips
To correct your dog's bad behavior, such as barking, follow these steps:
Note: Different dog breeds respond to ultrasound differently. For best results, use the device as a training aid with other tools/commands. Be patient during training.
- Use the ultrasound button on the dog and command it "no" or "no bark" when barking.
- When the dog stops barking, praise it generously and immediately release the ultrasonic button.
- Use the boost ultrasound only when your dog ignores the regular ultrasound.
- Practice this training in various scenarios.

A: Suitable for dogs of all sizes and weights. Not recommended for dogs over 8 years old or deaf.

Troubleshooting
Q: No response to my dog.
Answer:
- Make sure the device is turned on.
- Ensure the device is fully charged. Press the ultrasonic button to test the response. Try the supersonic button if normal ultrasonic did not work.
- Check for any blocking objects in front of the ultrasonic transmission.
- The ultrasonic effect will be weakened if the dog's ears are covered.
Warranty
1-Year Warranty
The original purchaser receives a 1-YEAR Warranty starting from the date of purchase. The first year covers both parts and labor for warranty repair services. After the first year, the Limited Lifetime Warranty covers parts only, excluding labor fees and accessories. Accessories like straps and batteries are covered for the first year only. Shipping fees, costs of accessories after the first year, and labor fees for out-of-warranty repairs are the customer's responsibility.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Warranty is not offered for products bought secondhand or resold. Issues with replacement and refunds for units purchased less than 30 days from an authorized dealer must be addressed to the dealer. For products purchased from an authorized dealer more than 30 days ago, send units for service and repair. Costs of repairs and replacements due to misuse, improper maintenance, or lost units are not covered. The warranty is void if the unit is altered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
Procedure for Repair Work
If the unit malfunctions, refer to the "Troubleshooting" section (Page 15) before sending it for service. A sales receipt showing the purchase date may be required.
