Jabra Engage 65 Stereo: Manually Pairing with Jabra Link 400

This guide provides instructions on how to manually pair a Jabra Engage headset with the Jabra Link 400 DECT adapter. If your headset was part of a bundle with the Link 400, it may already be pre-paired.

Pairing Methods

You can pair your Jabra Engage headset with the Link 400 using either wireless or cabled pairing. Cabled pairing is recommended if other headsets are in the vicinity to prevent accidental pairing.

Wireless Pairing

  1. Connect the Link 400 to a USB port on your computer.
  2. Turn off the headset by pressing and holding the Call button until the LED flashes red.
  3. Press and hold the Call button on the headset until the LED flashes blue.
  4. Press and hold the button on the Link 400 for 1-2 seconds to initiate pairing with the headset.

Cabled Pairing (using Jabra Direct)

  1. Connect the Link 400 to a USB port on your computer.
  2. Open Jabra Direct software.
  3. Navigate to Pairing > Cabled pairing and click Pair.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. When your headset appears under Available headsets, click Pair.
  6. Once pairing is complete, click OK and disconnect the cable.
