  • When entering rooms or elevators, fold the scooter and carry it.
  • Do not increase speed when descending a hill.
  • Do not press the accelerator while walking with the scooter.
  • Avoid riding over obstacles on the road.
  • Do not hang backpacks or heavy objects on the handlebars.
  • Do not place one foot on the running board or wheel while riding.

Preventing Dangerous Driving:

  • Do not ride on motorways or at over-speed.
  • Avoid sharp turns in residential areas with high pedestrian traffic.
  • Do not drive through puddles deeper than 2 cm.
  • Do not ride with more than one person, or carry children.

  • Do not touch the disc brake.
  • Do not ride without holding the handlebars or pressing the accelerator.
  • Do not ride electric scooters up/down stairs or jump over obstacles.

6. Safety Recommendations

The electric scooter is primarily for entertainment but requires adherence to safety when used in public areas. Users must follow manual instructions to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

  • Understand that collisions can occur due to traffic rule violations or improper operation.
  • Braking distance increases with speed. Emergency braking on smooth surfaces may cause skidding or loss of balance. Maintain vigilance, appropriate speed, and safe distances from pedestrians and vehicles.
  • When riding near pedestrians, especially children, maintain a low speed. If moving in the same direction, keep to the left (for right-hand traffic countries). If moving in the opposite direction, keep to the right and slow down.
  • Strictly follow country road rules and the instructions in this manual. Violations may lead to financial penalties, injury, accidents, or legal disputes. The company is not liable for such consequences.
  • Do not loan the scooter to inexperienced riders. Provide training and ensure they wear safety gear.
  • Inspect the scooter before each use. Do not use if parts are shattered, battery life is significantly reduced, tires leak air, or unusual sounds or wear are present.

7. Folding

Instructions for folding the scooter:

  1. Ensure the scooter is turned off. Hold the front rod, press the spring, pull the lock tube forward, and then lower the rod.
  2. Fold the scooter and connect the two hooks on the front pole and pedal board. The folding is now complete.

8. Daily Maintenance

Cleaning and Storage:

  • For stains on the housing, use a soft, damp cloth. Toothpaste and a toothbrush can be used for stubborn stains, followed by wiping with a damp cloth. Plastic parts with scratches can be polished with sandpaper or grinding materials.
  • Warning: Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene, or other corrosive solutions or volatile chemical solvents, as they can cause serious damage.
  • Do not wash the scooter with high-pressure water. Ensure the scooter is off. After charging, re-insert the plug into the charging connector to prevent electric shock or water damage.
  • If not using the scooter for an extended period, store it in a dry, cool place. Avoid leaving it outdoors in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, which can accelerate aging and reduce battery life.

Maintenance of Electric Scooter Battery:

  • Do not use batteries from other brands to avoid dangerous situations.
  • Do not open or disassemble the battery to prevent electric shock. Avoid contact with metal objects to prevent short circuits, which can lead to malfunction or injury.
  • Use the original AC adapter provided with the device to prevent accidents or fires.

Battery Disposal: Improper disposal of batteries causes severe environmental pollution. Dispose of batteries according to local laws and do not mix them with food waste.

Battery Care Reminders:

  • After each use, charge the battery to prolong its service life.
  • Do not store the battery in rooms exceeding 50°C or below -20°C (e.g., in cars on hot days). Keep away from fire.
  • If the scooter is not used for over 30 days, charge the battery periodically and store it in a cool, dry place. Charge every 60 days to prevent battery failure, which is not covered by warranty.
  • Avoid full discharge to extend battery life.
  • Battery performance is optimal at normal room temperature. At temperatures below 0°C, performance and range decrease significantly. At -20°C, the travel distance can be halved or less. Increased temperature generally increases travel distance.
  • The battery has a smart chip storing charging/discharging information. Failure to charge for extended periods can cause irreparable damage, not covered by warranty.
  • Caution: Do not disassemble the device yourself due to the risk of electric shock or injury from short circuits.
