The 10-Gigabit/Multi-Gigabit Plus series from NETGEAR offers an affordable solution, delivering unprecedented 10-Gigabit/Multi-Gigabit bandwidth. Each port automatically detects the required speed for the connected device, providing the adequate speed without downgrade, unlike traditional 10-Gigabit switches that might limit devices to 1-Gigabit. These NETGEAR Multi-speed switch ports can connect using regular Cat5E Ethernet cables, eliminating the need for costly Cat6/Cat6A wiring upgrades.

10GBASE-X SFP+ Ports
Provides flexibility to uplink to 10G-capable core or aggregation switches that support fiber links. Backward compatible to Gigabit fiber. Supports copper or fiber modules.

Advanced controls optimize network performance and ensure better delivery of mission-critical traffic like voice and video. Ingress and egress rate limiting allows for bandwidth shaping to mitigate network resource constraints or optimize guest access bandwidth.
IGMP Snooping
For improved network efficiency in delivering multicast traffic. Saves costs and improves efficiency by ensuring multicast traffic only reaches designated receivers without the need for an extra multicast router.
Link Aggregation (Static LAG and LACP)
Build up bandwidth to support aggregated uplink/downlink traffic or provide redundant link(s) using Static Manual LAGs or LACP.
Voice VLAN
This feature enables auto-assignment of voice traffic (based on OUI) to a special VLAN (Voice VLAN), allowing assignment of special QoS parameters for high-priority services. Ports must be manually assigned to the Voice VLAN.
Loop Detection and Auto DoS Prevention
Detects accidental network loops and protects against DoS attacks.
Port Mirroring
Aids in better and quicker network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az)
