Connection Mode Selection
This section guides you through connecting your NuPhy Air75 keyboard via different modes.
Wired Mode
Instructions: Use a data cable to connect the keyboard to your device.
Bluetooth Mode
Instructions:
- Press
FN + 1/2/3
to select Bluetooth 1, 2, or 3. - Turn on Bluetooth on your computer/keyboard.
- Broadcast the device info from your keyboard.
- Complete the pairing process on your computer.
2.4G Mode
Instructions:
- Press
FN + 4
to enable 2.4G mode. - The wireless indicator light bar on the upper-left corner should turn green.
Backlight Settings
Customize your keyboard's backlight.
- Brightness: Use

/-
keys to increase/decrease brightness. - Effect Switching: Cycle through different backlight effects.
- Color Switching: Change the backlight color.
- Speed Adjustment: Use

keys to adjust the backlight speed.
Knob Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install the knob module.
Accessories & Tools Included:
- Knob Module x 1
- Keycap / Switch Puller x 1
- Screwdriver x 1
Installation Steps:
- Remove keycaps using the keycap puller.
- Remove switches if necessary using the switch puller.
- Install the knob module into the keyboard socket.
- Secure the knob module with the provided screw using the screwdriver.
- Replace keycaps.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why is Bluetooth not working?
- Check your device's connection history.
- If no history, follow the quick guide for pairing.
- If history exists, remove the keyboard from the list.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on for both devices, then re-broadcast and pair.
Q2: Why is my Bluetooth connection spotty?
- Visit nuphy.io.
- Update firmware via the "Keyboard Settings" section on NuPhyIO.
Q3: Why can't I connect with 2.4 GHz?
- Set the keyboard to wireless mode.
- Press
FN + R
(Air60 & Halo65) orFN + 4
(Air75 & Air96 & Halo75 & Halo96) to enable 2.4G. The indicator should turn green. - If the light pulses slowly, it indicates connection is being attempted. If it continues for over 60 seconds, proceed to step 3.
- Long press
FN + R
orFN + 4
for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator will blink green rapidly. - Re-plug the 2.4G receiver. If successful, the indicator will remain solid green.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 if connection issues persist.
- Contact service@nuphy.com if problems continue.
Q4: Why is my 2.4G connection unstable?
- Keep the 2.4G receiver away from other transmitters/receivers.
- Avoid using the receiver with hubs that have metal cases.
- Re-pair the 2.4G receiver following the steps in Q3 (steps 3 and 4).
Q5: Some keys are not responding or typing automatically?
- Check battery level and charge if low.
- If the battery is fine, try hot-swapping the problematic switch with a replacement.
Q6: NuPhylo
Access the web driver/configurator at nuphy.io. If your keyboard is not detected in wired mode, contact technical support.
Q7: How to maximize battery life?
To maximize battery performance, turn off all lighting effects when using wireless for extended periods. Charge the keyboard with a 5V/1A charger.
Q8: Can I disable auto sleep mode?
Short press FN + ]
to enable/disable auto-sleep mode.
